Very good

It was a pleasant stay at a good area in the Hyderabad. Only concern is distance from airport. But as i have traveled for work, location was convenient for the purpose.

The worst lemon tree. food is pathetic. room looks archaic. not maintained. staffs are unprofessional. No one has any responsibility. Never opt for this lemon tree.

Charging extra money on total bill - no verbal communication

Bed linen was clean Otherwise everything was ok ok

1. Window & bathroom curtains were stained & very dirty 2. Some of the switches were not working 3. They have charged Rs 600 extra as service charge without mentioning verbally (no service was taken though) 4. Charged Rs 30 extra per room over the base rate I have booked on Booking.com Would request everyone to go through the break up thoroughly before making any payment

Disgusting & pathetic in terms of customer service 1 out of 10.

I did not like anything.

The staffs works over the counter they need to be well trained. As they don’t know how to book room after multiple instruction. I booked 2 rooms but they raised only 1 invoice for 1 room and taken the charges for 2 room. As an explanation they were saying it as policy only.

Easter of money. Don't stay

Location was good. Staff was good

Exhaust in wash room was not working. Many times I informed management. Finall got ans "bathroom exhaust work for only 3 hrs in morning"

Superb

Restaurants were closed except for breakfast and room service with limited meals were available ! Friendly and attentive staff !

The property is on a very busy road ; only way to go out was by car ; the hotel was working through out the pandemic . I feel they should have had more meals in the menu / room service
