It was really great. However I think they can have food for sell to guest.

The staff were so friendly, secure place and room was very clean.

I didn’t kinda like that I had to bring my food to cook there which is something I missed from the website.

The description of the rooms on the Booking.com is not the same as at the property. We were greatly inconvenienced when the property declined to accept two people in the room when the advert specifically mentioned 3 sofa beds and 1 double bed.The property asked us to pay for another room or find another place when we arrived at the property. We had no choice but to pay for another room which was not up to standard as the time was late to get alternative accommodation. They were rude and unapologetic

it was a good getaway with the family. i loved the family room (apartment). it was neat

it is close to town and not it town which is what i liked. quiet and cool place

Cheap guesthouse with a mosque next door

- Very poor internet (sometimes) or no internet at all n(mostly); - Wake up call from mosque next door at 5.30; - Room need some serious cleaning;

We had a very nice time in Villa Prince and enjoyed our rides with an exceptional taxi driver

The area is safe and not so far from the city center. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. There was no shortage of hot water as feared. The staff was profesional and friendly. The taxi driver ordered by the staff was exceptional, for sure one of the best in Harare.

Our appartement was sometimes noisy due to the proximity of the parking, or dogs in the neighborhood. The apartment was smaller than announced in Booking.com (at most 60-70 m2, not 90 m2). The kitchenette was dark.

Pleasant stay

Secure, close to cbd & airport. Good wifi connection, powerback I never experienced any power shortages. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing, just that its close to a Muslim church which can be disturbing. Overally no negative feedback since nothing can be done regarding its geographic location.

Nitrom at the Villa

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. I particularly enjoyed the living area . Managed to have a good meal with my wife

Bath gel is too small better have those soap tablets. A rail to hang towels and underwear would be appreciated

A pleasant and comfortable stay...

Very helping and supportive host. Able to understand your requirements quickly and resolve them. Property is also good with good location. And rooms are clean and comfortable specially 'Nicole' apartment. Each room has a kitchen where all basic things are available so that you can cook your own choice of food. Ultimately, a good place to stay!

Excellent value for money don't expect the Ritz!

This was a very cheap option for me to stay one night before flying back to the UK. If you compare it to a hotel it wouldn't stand up but for the money it was very good. I stayed in the 2 bed apartment and Chipo upgraded me to the nicer room simply because I like it better. It was great to be made to feel welcome and Rachel even came and checked on me during the evening.

That it's behind a gate with barbed wire on top makes me as a tourist feel a little unnerved. However I walked on my own up the street to the supermarket (in daylight) and everyone was friendly and I didn't feel at risk at all.

okay for a backpacker

It was oaky, despite the country not having great internet connection. And the hotel not having hot water in their showers. but the area is good, location is safe, convinent. You can take a "combi" to te cbd for 50 cents. They dont have breakfast or any meal options which kinda sucks after the whole hot water situation.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE TO BATHROOMS, SHOWERS, LINEN, AIRCONDITIONIN

THE HOUSEKEEPER (RACHEL) WAS VERY WELCOMING AND WENT THE XTRA MILE TO ASSIST US

THERE ARE NO AIRCONDITIONERS OR FANS IN THE ROOMS THE BED LINEN IN PARTICILAR THE SHEET WERE OLD THE GEENERATOR WAS VERY NOISY SOMEIMES HOT WATER WAS BOILED FROMSTOVE AND FILLED IN BUCKETS TO BE EMPTIED INTO BATH SOMETIMES THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THE SHOWERS ARE OLD FASHIONED AND WATER PRESSURE IS VERY LOW DID NOT GET ALLOCTED ONE OF THE ROOMS THAT I HAD BOOKED FOR WHICH HAD LOUNGE AND KITCHEN TWO ROOMS I HAD BOOKED SHARED A BATHROOM ONLY ONE ROM HAD ENSUITE BATHROOM
