Excelent stay, amazing breakfast.

I had a great stay. The host was extremely thoughtful and kind, and was aware of our dietary restrictions when preparing our breakfast. The place is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom has modern showers, and everything was very clean. It is located a bit further from Kelowna downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, safe residential area to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike about.

Night at B&B before flying back home

Beautiful location at the ridge of the mountain. Traditional nicely decorated property with gorgeous outside greenery. Great quality continental breakfast served at the patio.

Wonderful hosts!

The hosts were delightful. Kind, informative, and willing to let us check out late. We really enjoyed meeting them. The back garden and patio table are lovely. The beds are comfortable, the unit was very, very clean, and the bathroom was very nice and new.

The breakfast option would have been an additional $25 per person, but there was a fully equipped kitchen so we could make our own breakfasts instead. As it is a basement apartment, our unit was quite cold at all times. There was no way to get warm, and we didn't bring appropriate clothes as we didn't know.

Exceptional

The owner of the B&B is very friendly and educational. The location is within a residential area and very quiet. The breakfast tastes delicious. I would recommend the B&B to everyone!

A Fabulous B&B with exceptional hosts

My wife and I spent one night in May 2023 (28.May-29.May) at the Summer Express B&B. We can only share positive experience. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean; it was better than in a Junior Suite of a traditional hotel. The house is located in a very quiet and safe area. The next day, we had an excellent breakfast prepared with a lot of delicacy. This place is just unique and the hosts were extremely kind and were happy to share about their region.

We have no negative experience, our stay was just perfect.

Superb

Beautiful house, spacious room and bathroom, exceptionally pleasant and welcoming hosts and a great breakfast.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like but would have preferred an extra pillow on the bed and it is a little bit far from downtown (but close to the airport).

Exceptional

Best breakfast, sleep and shower I had while I was in Canada. The room was clean and the bed amazing, just as the breakfast. The host was very helpful to give ideas of things to do or to visit in Kelowna, while following my likings. Wifi connection was good and the tv had netflix available.

good location, friendly staff, comfortable sleeping and good breakfast

The B&B is located just near the airport and UBC-Okanagan campus which is very convenient for new students before admission to University. My son arrived late due to airplane schedule, the owner kept me comfortable because he has many experiences to deal with the situation of international freshmen arriving in the whole new city. My son has a good sleep and got energy after taking an excellent breakfast . I will go there for trip in the future

A very comfortable and pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings!

We liked the beautiful house, the quiet, serene atmosphere and the charming and gracious hosts. The guest room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a spacious and modern bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean! We enjoyed our stay in this B&B and the classical music that came with the homemade breakfast that lasted us through the day! We would certainly stay here again if we would come back to Kelowna and recommend Summer Express without hesitation. Thank you to our hosts for a very pleasant stay!

The host made our stay as he was there to offer advice on dining and our on going journey. Attention to detail with furnishings and cleanliness made this a 5 star experience.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. A very friendly host who we enjoyed meeting!

Breakfast was really great and our host was very warm and friendly. The house was beautiful and the room and en suite bathroom very spacious.

Temperature control inside the room. It was a little warm at night.

Clean and comfortable and very welcoming!

We loved staying here! It was very clean and Marriano was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, we had a great sleep. It's nice and close to the airport, but also easy to get downtown. Would recommend!

Good place overall

The room was clean with lots of space. The house was well maintained, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The house was in a peaceful residence area, which was safe and quiet from the outside. It was not far from restaurants and grocery stores (not walkable though)

The room shared bathroom with another room, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description. Noise isolation was bad in the house. We could hear others walking in the house and using washrooms at midnight, and the sound was loud. Update: it was my mistake and the shared bathroom was mentioned in description. Ideally the two rooms on the first floor (or walkout basement) can be booked by a family so that shared bathroom and noise should not be an issue.

Well landscaped front and back

We believed we were getting a room with bed and bath. Upon arriving we were told the we would be sharing a bath room. No where on the Booking website does it explain a shared bathroom.
