Bien mais pas assez compétent

Le confort, la propreté, la vue, proche des commerces

L'enregistrement du jour même. On avait réservé 2 mois en avance des chambres doubles et simples. On arrive le jour j à 16h. On nous dit qu'il nya plus de chambre simples et qu'il reste des chambres doubles et qu'il faut revenir dans 1h30. On fait un scandale sur place. Ensuite vient le manager, on lui explique la situation et quelques minutes plus tard, il nous annonce que les chambres doubles sont prêts. On repart à l'accueil et on patiente encore du temps. Une des chambres simples étaient très sale. Cheveux par terre . Calculaire. Nous avons demandé une compensation : 50% sur le petit déjeuner et 100% le 2eme.jour.

Cet hotel est noté 5 etoiles sur Booking cependant il est 4 etoiles et il n’en vaut pas plus que 3 dans la realite

Proximité avec l’aéroport Personnel très gentil

- moquettes tachées dans les chambres - personnes de l’hotel polies qui ne font pas la queue - manque de personnel (un stagiaire seul en plein mois d’août !) au petit déjeuner pour préparer les oeufs et les crêpes ( queue interminable) - faible choix au petit dejeuner et salle trop petite - réceptionniste tres lent (plus d’une heure de check-in avant de pouvoir entrer dans la chambre)

L’emplacement était agréables

L’attente à la réceptions . 2 réceptionniste pour des centaines et des centaines d’arrivées . J’étais avec ma maman âgée et ma fille de 9 ans l’attente nous a tué pour récupérer la chambre

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble mais quelques points à améliorer.

Navette aéroport, proximité centre commercial et restaurant Hôtel sécurisé et belle décoration à l’accueil (lustre, fontaine extérieure et intérieur , luminaires intérieurs et extérieurs) Petit déjeuner très variés ! (Dommage chocolat chaud et café sans goût) Restaurant piscine très bien et système de distribution de serviette très bien Bar très bien Distribution de bouteille d’eau journalière dans les chambres !

Vétusté des chambres !! Ameublement qui n’est plus au goût du jour. (Manque de prises électriques, ampoule HS, réapprovisionnement gel douche non effectué, moquette tachée, prises apparentes Réservation effectuée pour deux adultes et deux enfants mais un seul lit double pour 4… lit bébé non disponible alors que la demande a été confirmée sur internet. Beaucoup trop de monde au petit déjeuné. Pas de file d’attente géré par le personnels pour obtenir des places, il faut attendre en plein milieu et attendre que d’autres termine…

An expensive deception.

Only the proximity to the airport, and the kindness of the staff.

This property is supposed to be a 4 Starr hotel, but does not offer half of the services of this level, either in comfort or modernity. This sordid structure does not deserve more than one Starr in my opinion, and I wonder how the mercure brand accepted that it bears its name.

Ver Bad experience , room was having bad smell , staff were unprofessional we had 5 confirmed bookings and they said there weren't enough rooms , we asked the hotel if they can arrange a taxi to the airport and they weren't able to do it .

Pleasantly surprised!! : )

Pleasantly surprised!! Had minimal expectations, and just picked the hotel as one of us had an early morning flight. Professional and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable bed/rooms. Free shuttle to airport beginning 7AM. Secure parking if you are paranoid about your vehicle. Was a nice closure to this very kind country and people.

Restaurant has some a la cart, otherwise the buffet is not cheap. Handful of local restaurants just across the street.

Everything was bad here 1.rooms were not cleaned or vaccumed 2.water bottles were not kept 3.Useless Gym Facility 4.Hotels were dirty everywhere 5.AC grills were covered with dust 6.WiFi is not working 7.Room service takes more than 45 mins if you ask anything 8. useless breakfast . Plates were not available. When we asked for the plates, they said they will bring and thats it . No one came . If a dish was empty , they didn't bother to fill it. 9.In total , the Mercure Hotel was below expec tations
