owner very nice and welcoming, can be with you for keys, issues etc within very short notice.

right next to beach, town, parking

stairs to upstairs are very step and could be an issue to anyone with issues climbing up them.

Brilliant location, Tony was a great host and helped by explaining everything also arranged parking.

we like teignmouth.

host tony was lovely,right on the back beach,nice bedrooms,comfortable lounge and the price was right.great balcony.

no wi-fi,but thats how tony likes it.it would pay for itself because the charge for the cottage could be a lot more and people would pay.

Great location but needs a thorough clean

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, easy to park, the host was friendly and helpful with my later than expected arrival and had left wine, bread and milk in the fridge.

Cold and damp, really dirty and dusty. The carpets and skirting boards need a deep clean. The bin in the kitchen was dirty. The bed linen was old and the bedroom damp with black mould behind the bed.

Superb

It was very clean. Good facilities and location. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

It was cold to begin and took a couple of days to be comfortable.
