The ideal stay if you’re visiting Split

Good location, clean apartment, pretty quiet neighborhood (except for an early morning birthday celebration at the terrace in front of the house), and last but not least, very nice host. Great location to stay if you’re visiting Split!

There were a couple of crashed flies on the curtains that probably previous guests left as souvenir but really not a dealbreaker. Aside from that, it was one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve been to and would stay there again without hesitation!

A gorgeous apartment in the heart of Split old town

This is a very beautiful apartment in the heart of Split. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and Tomo the host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment!!

The only slight complaint which is not really a complaint would be that the bathroom was a little on the small side but I would still stay here!!

Great host! Gave us tips where and what local dishes we could try. Arranged transfer for us. Apartment is very central located. Walking distance to everything but in a quite street. Clean and nice apartment.

Perfect central location in quiet back street in clean spacious apartment

Location was excellent- very central yet in a quiet back street so no late night noise. Loved the small balcony. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment.

Air conditioning was quite noisy so had to turn it off in the bedroom during the night however left living room one on and left bedroom door open so was fine. Ironing board would have been handy to go with iron provided.

Perfect oasis after a long day sight seeing.

The appartament is well located, in a beautiful part of split. Walking distance to the old town Split and surrounding attractions. Huge variety of restaurants to choose from. Great host.

To take into consideration - Even though we knew when making our booking, there is no parking close to the appointment. The closest parking garage is very expensive. But for people flying in or making use of taxis it is perfect.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and great location. Tomo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

The only critique would be the run down state of the building entry and stairwell. It made us a little nervous when we arrived but once we got to the unit it was as beautiful and just like the pictures.

We were dumb, needy tourists and Tomo helped immensely with parking, luggage, a package delivery and much more! Plus the

Everything! The apartment was beautiful… welcoming, comfortable and conveniently located. It had everything we could ask for as well as a great location — quick walk to restaurants, coffee, Riva and the waterfront. Tomo was extremely responsive and even came to our rescue when we arrived exhausted and needed help.

The location was ideal, in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood but just a few minutes walk from the seafront and most of the town’s attractions. Having a mini market at the bottom of the hill was very handy too.

Superb

The location was excellent. Just a 2 minute walk to the main area. Very close to everything but a lovely quiet location so no problem sleeping. The beds were comfy and a welcome pack of coffee for the expresso machine a bottle of red wine was a nice touch. Tomo the host was great and can help with getting around. We found using Uber to and from the airport was great and approx 35 euros.

Brilliant apartment - would book again!

Great location for exploring split. So much space for a group of 4 and facilities fantastic. Very comfy beds and seating areas. Owner was so flexible with arrival times / dropping bags and helpful with recommendations for Split!

Air con was fine in main room but got a bit warm at nights in bedrooms, some fans were provided though which was helpful.

A great apartment, in a great location with a wonderful owner.

The apartment was very well equipped and had all you needed for a stay in Split. The 2 best things about the apartment were the location; so close to the centre of the town yet so quiet and the owner, Tomo. Before we arrived his communication was excellent, he met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and he sent us lots of excellent suggestions for where to eat and places to go. Really valuable with us only being in Split for 4 days. Would very much recommend.
