L'emplacement est bien et le personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

La chambre est mal insonorisée. On entend tout ce qui passe par les canalisations des chambres au dessus (wc, douche, eau dans la baignoire,...) et on entend la musique du restaurant en dessous... Le prix est élevé par rapport à la prestation. Nous avions eu pour le même prix une suite avec vue sur mer dans un petit village pas très loin...

Amazing hotel!

Very nice room, located perfectly in the old town of Pollenca. The breakfast ist amazing and the staff very polite.

Sometimes you can hear the neighbours talk in the other room.

Everything! The room was lovely with a super comfy bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond our expectations!

We’ll be back!

Great location to walk anywhere, with free parking only a few blocks away. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was comfortable despite the cold winter. Breakfast was great. We would definitely return here and recommend it to others!

Excellent.

The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection and very fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication ahead of arrival was really good. Only hitch described below. The view was lovely as was the very central location. Really stylish, well-run little hotel that goes the extra mile.

Unfortunately we arrived in a storm so the water to our room had been turned off. We managed with bottled water but it would have been useful to have been informed. It was turned back on the next morning.

Very special.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The feeling of being in nature was so peaceful. The evening meal was delicious and honestly just a special experience out on the terrace under the lights.

The drive up the hill was something to prepare for, definitely need a small car, but well worth the effort.

Perfect location to explore the town. Rooms where decorated nice for the price paid. Great that you could check yourself in. The breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. Great boutique style hotel.

great location, no frills but on the pricey side

well located to the old town. breakfast was lovely!

we thought it was pretty overpriced for what it was. very noisy room, can hear other guests/drumming/hoovering/kids. couldn’t check in when we arrived as the door was locked and staff did not pick up phone when we rang, but they messaged half an hour or so later and apologised. room was very basic and lacked the finer touches you’d for expect for a stay this price.

it’s lovely, very attractive.

unfortunately our flights were delayed and then we were delayed at the airport for various reasons and arrived later than expected so our code for the front door wouldn’t work. They could not have been more apologetic and got out of bed to come and let us in.
