Udany pobyt, przyjemny ośrodek w dobrej lokalizacji i cenie.

Bardzo przyjemny ośrodek. Dobra lokalizacja - około 15 minut spacerem do plaży i sklepów. Świetna obsługa szczególnie w restauracji. Bardzo duży wybór posiłków. Pokoje wyposażone w klimatyzację oraz lodówkę. Bardzo czysto na terenie ośrodka. Siłownia, baseny. Zaskoczeniem pozytywnym był wieczorny show, który warto zobaczyć.

Pokojom przydałaby się modernizacja. Na zdjęciach hotelu są zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci, które nie znajdują się na miejscu, tylko w innym hotelu. Trzeba za nie dodatkowo zapłacić. Woda w basenie jest nie podgrzewana, byliśmy w grudniu więc basen był raczej ozdobą i atrakcją dla nielicznych śmiałków - głównie dzieci. Jeden działający automat do kawy w restauracji, powodował wieczne kolejki po kawę. Brak naturalnych soków, płyn który miał być sokiem jabłkowym czy pomarańczowym bardziej przypominał mocno przesłodzony i rozcieńczony syrop.

LA PISCINA FUE LO MAS QUE NO GUSTO, Y LA INVITACION AL HOTEL QUE TIENE UN PARQUE ACUATICO EN SUS INSTALACIONES YA QUE HABIAMOS ESCOGIDO ESE HOTEL PORQUE LAS FOTOS QUE APARECEN SON LAS DE ESE HOTEL.

NO ME GUSTO LA COMIDA, EL PERSONAL NOS APAGABA LA LUZ A LAS 14.58 PORQUE EL BUFET CERRABA A LAS 15H. HABIAN MUCHAS CUCARACHAS EN EL APARTAMENTO.

Holiday from Hell

I didn't like anything about this Hotel. Staff were great and trying their best, we left after 2 days

Our room constantly had cockroaches in it, food was ok, dinning hall with no air con got very warm at times and often had cats in it eating off tables and floor. Very limited room around pool with limited sun beds, pool was closed day after we arrived with wire fencing around it and then noise of power tools from men doing repairs with no communication to guests. House wine was disgusting with no option to buy something different, beer was not much better, all in paper cups. Could hear constant loud music from pool area all day in our room, no table on room terrace only couple of rickety chairs. All we got from reception was sorry but nothing done, we checked out after 2 days, Hotel didn't offer any type of refund and were not helpful at all

Lovely clean and 5 mins walk to shops and beach. Taxis are so cheap. They provide lunches when needed.

Amazing staff, but don't think we'll return to this hotel

The staff here are absolutely amazing, really great, super friendly and very helpful, to be honest the staff absolutely make this place! Pool area was nice as well

Other than breakfast the food was pretty poor, despite being all inclusive we went out to eat at least once a day in order to have a proper meal. We also we had an unwanted visit from a cockroach in our bed on second night...

Would not go again.

The breakfast ok.

The food was tasteless and cold. The restaurant was like a works canteen.and the bar area was noisy and uncomfortable.nowhere to sit and have a drink. The staff was brilliant, and the accommodation was spotless.

Good place to stay as individual bungalows

Staff were excellent & always busy doing anything required. Loved the fact that you had individual bungalows. Liked the location as could get easy access to places & could easily walk to the centre & all along the coastal walk

Couldn't believe how many children were there in school term time ! The animation team played the music far too loud

Great value all inclusive

Food and drink offering was varied and excellent value for money. Bungalow was very spacious and clean. Location was excellent, roughly 10 minute work from beach and shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

Decent accommodation and location but food and drink very poord

Location was great near the beach and shops and staff were very friendly.

I did not appreciate having to drink out of paper cups which went soggy very quickly. The quality of the alcohol was also very poor as was the food. It was obvious that left overs were being used on several days which were very dry and tasteless. My whole family had sickness and diarrhoea in turn during the week leading to us all not being able to face the dining hall any more and having up eat elsewhere. The childrens swimming park with the slides is NOT part of this hotel. Do not be fooled by the photos. You have to pay to use the swimming park at a sister hotel.

Enjoyable but I’ve stayed in much better places and will not be returning

The pool area was lovely and the staff were nice

There was dead cockroaches in my room when I got there and they were there the whole time of my stay. Nobody cleaned them. The pool was dirty and full of grit and sand. My children cut their feet numerous times. I never once saw them clean the pool. The breakfast was nice but the choice of food for lunch and dinner was terrible. Most nights I ate rice and chips. The games machines were good for the kids but there was no machine for coins. The kids had to go to reception for coins and most times were told there was none. If you have machines for kids to play there needs to be coins available. The bar wouldn’t give coins out to the kids. The entertainment as hard as the entertainment staff worked was terrible. The best show at night was the Motown show and I would encourage more shows like this.

A great value all inclusive for the family with good nights entertainment thrown in… we had a great laugh & time the

Safe for all.. kids loved it, great breakfast in particular, lunch good & great variety at dinner you can be as healthy or unhealthy as u like, great choice for all.. loved clean bungalows with towels daily…staff are super… Lovely new Dutch girl recently arrived on entertainment staff she is super & does over and beyond…

keycards keep failing on the doors even when I kept away from mobile very frustrating when you’re bungalow is a good walk from reception! my only gripe.

The layout of The Club. some staff swimming pools value

food court facilities. very poor dining rooms quality of the food rooms definition lack of facilities like spa or gym photos on booking.com show towels in tables and it is different from reality. different towels on pools lots of drinks that are not considered in the all inclusive. pool bar is weak on food and senior staff unfriendly kids club always closed since my 4 days presence.

Location-Play Blanca Cleanliness Free Bus to Playa Dorada nd Dino Park Samia and Sam were absolutely great. Focus on clients Room size- Amazing

No heated/indoor pools - defo way below 21C as told Towels and blankets with an odour. No free internet Pool towels- for a deposit of 60pounds Pool bar- few snacks (cheese/ham nd bread) Drinks- some brands you got to pay. Food- no different choices always the same even though they made Indian/Italian nights the food was always the same. Just few changes. Desserts- Just few and tasteless. Dino Park- a small park (1 med water slide) with no heated water- no go. Pics from Booking.com is a mix of hotel HL and Dino Park.

In my opinion 😃

In general , everything , The whole complex kept spotless , staff were very helpful . Food wise , couldn't complain , catered for all tastes ... Pool area lovely and bar , and evening bar , entertainment was enjoyable , the two nights we were there , a, magician one night and a song and dance show another , really enjoyed them ..

when we arrived waiting a few hours for our room to be ready .. And one thing I have to say is about the over eager staff to take your plate away at the dinner table , really eager , even when I hadn't finished , ..I had to have a few words with them to stop .wouldn't let that stop me going back though ... that's all folks

A real break from home in a fabulous hotel.

Fabulous resort amid gorgeous lush gardens. First time.going all inclusive and it won't be the last. Real high quality food which changed everybday. My kids loved the pizzas! Only slight downside was it is a bit of a distance feom the beaches but would be fine if you had olser children who didn't mind walking. All in would highly recommend this hotel.

Little closer to beaxh. But my kids ids prefer the pool so all good.
