GREAT STAFF - location is convenient, comfortable beds, and great food.

Breakfast was plentiful. Room was comfortable. Staff is AMAZING - so super helpful and kind. I loved the little gifts for not opting for housekeeping, certainly keeping up with the sustainable lifestyle I've adopted.

Room as small, but that is typical in Europe. Location was good in relation to the train station, but a bit loud which was to be expected.

A lovely stay in a classy, clean, capital city - treat yourself!

Excellent location close to main station, a 15 minute train ride from airport & a few minutes walk to Tivoli Gardens & all attractions. Quiet corner location & room very bright & airy. About 7 minutes walk to Meat Packing area with many hip restaurants. Felt very safe. Staff were incredibly kind & were able to give lots of useful advice. Very good arrangements for breakfast, plenty of choice & lots of kitchen staff .

Couldn’t fault on anything! A true exemplar for a wonderful four night mid-week stay, thank you Hotel Absalon.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Metro und Central Station schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Kurzaufenthalt bei der Durchreise

Schönes Hotel nahe Bahnhof und Tivoli. Tivoli in 6 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhofsnähe mit entsprechender gemischter Klientel, Rotlichtviertel, Drogen gibt es , aber auch kleine interessante Läden/ Boutiquen und , Restaurants . Hotelzimmer gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Platz. Frühstück ausreichend Auswahl.

Leider keine eigene Parkgarage. Selbst zum Ausladen der Koffer kaum Parkmöglicht vor dem Hotel. Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus ca.10 min zu Fuß, wenn man das erste Mal da ist,etwas schwierig zu finden.

Central location for exploring the city, excellent breakfast, but beware of extremely tiny room

The location was perfect and central for exploring the beautiful city of Copenhagen. The breakfast was excellent (loved the tea and wish I could find this brand in the USA). The staff was friendly.

The room was sooooooo tiny! While I understand they probably gave us this tiny room because of the price we paid, the rooms at the other hotels we stayed at during our 2 week visit were normal sized...even though we booked them through a 3rd party at a discount as well.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή διαμονής

Μείναμε στο οικογενειακό δωμάτιο, το οποίο αν και κάπως μικρό, ήταν άνετο και ικανοποιητικό. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, μπορέσαμε να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας σε ειδικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου πριν από το check in. Ωραίες επιλογές πρωινού οι οποίες ανανεώνονται συνέχεια. Σημαντικό το γεγονός ότι στην τιμή περιλαμβάνεται το πρωινό. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για περιήγηση στην πόλη καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό της πόλης από τον οποίο διέρχονται τρένα, μετρό, λεωφορεία. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής.

Tolles Hotel in Spitzenlage

Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP, mitten im Zentrum, einen Steinwurf vom Bahnhof / Tivoli entfernt. Erst waren wir erschrocken, dass das Hotel keine eigene Parkgarage etc. hat, aber die Lösung eines externen Parkhauses ist völlig in Ordnung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich; Rezeption und Frühstückskräfte aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite gebucht, die sehr schön war (mit kleinem Balkon über den Dächern von Kopenhagen :)) Die Größe war für unsere Ansprüche angenehm.

Pech hatten wir leider mit dem Housekeeping. Einmal wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gesaugt, Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, ebenso wie die Handtücher.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel

Ein tolles Stadthotel, für ein paar Tage in Kopenhagen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Open Bustour zum ausgehen, Bahnhof und Shopping. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist stylish und modern. Die Zimmer (wie überall in Kopenhagen) sind klein, aber modern und wertig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und alles drin, was man braucht. Das gleiche gilt für das Frühstück. sehr stylisch der Frühstücksraum, das Buffet nicht riesig aber beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Hochwertiges Brot, gute Brötchen, Obst, Joghurt, Wurst, Eier und so weiter… Das Hotel kann ich rund um aus Überzeugung empfehlen.

Da fällt mir, Gott sei Dank nichts ein

I would stay here again if I am in Copenhagen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They never made me feel like I was imposing on their time. The location was perfect fo me. Centrally located to city activities.

Good hotel right in the centre of Copenhagen

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen rail station. It’s in a good area with lots of restaurants and bars and about 15 minutes walk to the river. We ate at a couple of restaurants in the area which were great. Room was not large but comfortable with air conditioning

This is petty but only fruit and green teabags available in the room with powdered creamer. We had to swap them every morning at breakfast. Liquid milk would be good too

The rye bread in the breakfast was the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Location was in the heart of the red light district and there was lots of noise (ladies shouting) at all hours in the street below.

Excellent value for money near the center of the city

Excellent location with friendly staff and nice and modern rooms. Good breakfast and nice settings.

A 'real' coffee or cappuccino should be included in the breakfast and not to be paid extra. The free coffee is quite horrible...

Convenient location, small and personal.

The breakfast is exactly the same every day and gets boring after 3 days. Had a completely horrific experience when my sister arrive later than me and the front desk wouldn’t help her, even though her name was on the room. I found out it was a hotel school intern, so I can’t fault the hotel staff. This girl needs severe lessons in the very basics of hospitality. Absalon would do well to send her back.

This is a good but fairly basic hotel in a busy location that is quite noisy at night time.

A perfect spot to explore Copenhagen for the first time

It was a perfect location-Literally a 10-15 minute walk to everything and 2 blocks from the train station. Safe,Clean,a lovely lobby/sitting/bar area and extremely helpful staff 24 hours a day

Superb

A great hotel to stay in Copenhagen because of central location, design and food quality. The breakfast was good, the staff is friendly.

In the evening, sometimes it took a while for to water to become hot.
