De tot râsul, hotelul și serviciile nu merită nici măcar 3 stele.

Cu excepția recepționerei personalul este incalificabil

Plouă în balcon de la aerul condiționat de deasupra . Nu există wifi în cameră . Tot hotelul nu are decât gresie, probabil ca nu există personal care să aspire o mochetă. Restaurantul arată ca o cantina sociala, iar mâncarea la fel. Televizorul este de prin anii 90 și e mai mic decât un monitor de calculator . Mobilier vechi și depreciat . În parcare încap maxim 15 mașini și alea înghesuite , în condițiile în care hotelul are cel puțin 100 de camere. A trebuit să plătim 20 de leva pe zi pentru a parca în parcarea personalului , care se găsește la 1 km distanță de hotel , fără a mai putea părăsi parcarea pe toată durata sejurului.

Якщо ви не брезгливі, до готель не поганий

Дуже привітна Емілія на ресепшн. Все розповіла, показала, дуже клієнторієнтовна. Видно, що до усіх вона дуже привітна і з усіма намагається розмовляти їх мовою. Що стосується номеру, то номер був чистий, зручний. А от подушки були дуже не зручні. Я хотіла взяти запасну подушку в шафі, дістала, а вона явно пахло духами. Тобто вона так лежить не виправна ще після попередніх відвідувачів. Вид з номеру був на дерева і на сусідні готелі. Між балконами була перегородка, але видно і чути було сусідів, якщо вони палили, то дим йшов на нас. Що стосується відстані до моря, то готель знаходиться відносно не далеко, але хвилин 10 йти доведеться. І якщо до моря потрібно йти вниз, то з моря вже до верху по сходам. Їжа була відносно не погана. Гарна піца була. Солодощів не було. Коли їжа закінчувалась, то ніхто не підносив нову. Відділ з фруктами майже завжди був пустий, бо люди швидко розбирали, а нове могли 30-40 хвилин не приносити. Дівчина бармен в холі була привітна і ледь не єдина опрятно виглядаюча із усього персоналу.

Найбільш неприємним для нас були це персонал. Чоловіки, які явно вживають алкоголь роками. Було дуже не приємно, коли вони торкалися посуду чи їжі. Часто вони лід в напій набирали руками. Коли людей було менше вони й собі наливали і випивали. На персоналі готель явно економить, набравши такий контингент.

Nu stiu cu ce sa incep...in primul rand nu arata a fi de 4 stele,ci de 2 stele.Personalul dezgustator,cu exceptia celor de la receptie și a managerului.Curatenie nu se face,doar se schimba prosoapele și se ia gunoiul(am stat 5 zile și nu ni s-a schimbat deloc lenjeria sau să se facă curățenie în baie,camera, terasa).Mâncarea cât de cât ok,cu excepția ca o doamna a găsit viermi în fulgii de ovăz,bucătărie neîngrijita,trebuia sa ajungă cu 10 minute mai devreme de ora începerii, altfel nu mai prindeai mancare,iar personalul de la bucătărie neîngrijit și un bărbat de la bucătărie era tot timpul beat.

Not expensive.

The non-vegetarian choices were very poor. It's not really suitable for meat lovers. Otherwise, there are plenty of salads ! The staff is not friendly at all.

Exceptional

The hotel is placed right in the middle of the resort. The rooms are very big, the bed is very comfy and we recieved a nice sea-view room. Food tastes amazing! Staff is great, they make you feel like you are part of the family. Emilia, the hotel manager, made me and my wife feel like home.

clean room and hotel, fresh and diversified food, great refrigerator., friendly staff. Emilia, the manager always present, being kind and helpful, speaking fluently English and German.

Pretty far from the beach, if you don't know the shortcuts, which are hundreds of stairs. The fact that in the restaurant you should ask for food and not take it by yourself. the bar, very very limited.

I just liked the room

the same food every day and not diversified, very small and cramped restaurant.. there is someone at the entrance of the restaurant who, even if he has seen you for whole days, still calls you to show him that you are from there, you can't put yourself alone, drinks by the glass, poorly equipped beach bar

100 €/night for nothing

We arrived ar 17:00 and the room was not cleaned. We announced the personneel, it took 15 min to start to clean the room. Bathroom sink was not working, bugs in room. Bedsheets not clean. Food horrible, overall cleanliness equal 0. Light on the balcony it is closed by the hotel at 22:30. And we had to paid arround 100 euro per night.The manager said that actually this happened because we booked through booking only one night before. Anyway we

The hotel manager was very kind and supportive.

The hotel was full, the kitchen was very crowded, waiting lines to get food. The food wasn't diversified. The facilities is not worth 4*, the furniture was damaged, the bad wasn't comfortable.

Good quality for the price

Exceptional staff, probably the kindest people we've ever met on a hotel. They were very calm and fast in adressing every problem we might have encountered (Emilia is by far the best hotel owner out there - no kidding!) - Non-stop monitored parking space for the car; - The food at the restaurant and also the drinks at the bar (we only tried the skybar) were good/decent, nor exceptional or bad. A good variety of choices; - One night there was a party next to our room with very loud music and not even after 10 minutes of writing a message to the property on booking, the issue was resolved and we didn't have any problems the following nights. Also, Emilia apologised to us a lot for that night :) - Position of the hotel (not so close to the beach but not far either - around 8 to 10 minutes for walking) - The price we paid (very little compared to other accomodations in the time of our trip)

The sheets in our room (economy) were a little dirty when we arrived and altough we requested new ones at the reception twice, they were only changed when we left a note on the bed one day. Also, the AC in our room did not work and it sometimes got hot in there; - There was almost no sound isolation in our room, we could hear almost every step from the hallway and every loud sound from outside the hotel. - Drinks at the restaurant (mainly soda) were very poor, everything is done using carbonated water... hope they will change this in the future;

Nice hotel but awful service.

The room was very clean and had all the facilities we wanted. The bed is really comfy. The AC is very nice and also the balcony has a nice view.

The worst I experienced was restaurant service. For every single meal we had to stay over 30 minutes in a row, crowded, because for an entire hotel there were about 3-4 people to serve the food. For an all inclusive service it was a disaster. We preffered to skip some meals to be able to enjoy the sea.

- the room was clean - the mattress was comfortable

-At check in, there were no towels and no toilet paper ( actually, we did not get any, so we bought it). - the beach is not at all that close to the hotel as in the description-- it is a short walk to some 50 stairs( bit steep, in my opinion), after that crossing the bazaar, in the end, the most wanted beach. You will not arrive to the beach in 5 minutes for sure, more like 15. - it is a chaos and long ques for breakfast; you have to take a que for coffee, another one for cheese and ham, a different one for eggs, another one for pancakes. It is not a buffet, you are served with the portions they decide. Probably you can go and ask for another portion- not sure,I did not try. - the breakfast was served just between 9-10, which was the shortest and ineffective time I ever found in all my trips. - the music at the pool it is too loud - the parking is steep and not in front of the hotel, which was inconvenient when check in and out with luggage

Very good value of money! The report between quality and price is corect. Very clean, in line with covid rules. PARKING very close to the hotel about 50m, safe place. I have spent 3 nights with my familly. The restaurant is not very big, but is inline with anti covid standards, plexicglasess, sanitarizing gel.

perfect vacation, felt great

everything was more than alright for our expectations, Emilia, the manager, was so pleasant and awesome, a great atmosphere around the hotel. the food was great, a lot of variety for everyone, the water in the pool is clear. cleaning the rooms once a day or 2 days. over all, for the price we ve paid, its 10/10 quality (would ve been 9, but emilia gave me the other one point in the review)

the restaurant often gets crowded between some hours, going to the beach is a 10minute walk through some stairs, the facilities like spa, indoor pool, gym etc are closed due to the pandemic. the hotel is a bit understaffed, but the employes are working hard to make everything work.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The manager, Emilia, is a very kind person that made our stay a better experience.

The only problem was with the food. A lot of people were waisting food, so the last ones that were coming to eat had fewer options than the first ones.

The locations is amazing, with trees that keep the temperature low. The pool is big with a lot of sits. The manager is very nice and willing to give you everything you need. We were given the keys earlyer than expected. Free wifi.

The food was not for 4 stars, but for the money we paid was good. 3-4 tipes of food per meals.
