Loved this place, was so inviting, comfortable & just so fantastic in every way!! Thank you Dooleys!

My son and I stayed at this lovely hotel to do Waterford Crystal Factory Tour the next morning. We arrived at dinner time after having trained from Dublin. Staff were great and our room was fantastic, roomy, comfortable, clean just perfect in every way. We went down for dinner at the restaurant, so grateful to have one onsite because we were tired, and the food was really nice, and there was this talented singer on a keyboard singing a wide variety of songs that really added to the great atmosphere of the place. We were shown to a table the next morning for breakfast which was great, a selection of cold food and then hot food from a menu. We were going to taxi to the train station to go back up to Dublin to get a flight out, but the man on reception said there was an Express bus that left from the bus station just across the road, so we ended up using that which saved us money and it was a very pleasant trip. And we had time to have some lunch in the restaurant before it left which was more relaxing and a bonus way to wait. I would definitely stay here again! A really fantastic affordable place! Thank you Dooleys from New Zealand!

Cozy hotel with a great location

The location was the most important factor for me when choosing the hotel. My bus arrived and departed right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is located in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from all the main attractions, which is very convenient.

I stayed only one night, during this time I did not find a single drawback. I was happy with everything

Great place, clean and food was excellent

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I am omeone very hard to please. But i can say that the hotel was just perfect. The breakfast was excellent, great options. Staffs overall were good. The room was very clean and not one thing to complain about. Spotless. I would definitely go there again.

The only little thing is about cracking noise from people walking upstairs.

Hotel familiar muy agradable y acogedor

Su situación, justo al lado del rio, con un gran aparcamiento público enfrente y la estación de autobuses al lado. El pub del hotel es fantástico, muy buen ambiente, y se come genial.

La bañera estaba un poco sucia, como si hubiese habido alguna superficie antideslizante pegada que se hubiese retirado, el caso es que se veía sucio. Por lo demás todo genial

Brilliant place to stay

Perfect location as we were using public transport. Friendly, professional staff in reception and bar areas (didn't eat here as we wanted to explore Waterford) Bedroom and bathroom pristine. We had an issue with the shower which we reported and was sorted out very quickly

Great location, even better staff who are all incredibly friendly and helpful!

I stayed the night before my performance exam in college, the staff were incredibly friendly and I inquired about being able to practice guitar in the function room which was not in use at the time. I had done this before during previous stays and there were no issues. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

Everything really. Amazing room, very comfy beds, staff very friendly, available.and helpful. Highly recommended!

The very high price of the room I know I got 19% discount over Genius level 2, what was fantastic but the price was extremely high, related with may bank holiday. Another thing that bothered me was the lighting of the toilet, too bright, no option of making it less brigh. Would suggest the main light and another button/option for a less bright light by the mirror.

Nice, easy, comfortable, fun.

Dooleys is a great hotel, staff were fantastic. Very accommodating & approachable. Very Clean. Close to city center & train station. Its got everything you need, Thanks again.

The Front door needs fixing or upgrading. Upon our stay we noticed the front door didn't close fully, causing drop in temperature in the lobby/reception area. My only gripe.

Breakfast was not included and at such a high hotel rate that was disappointing. A lot of up and dow stairs to get to our room. Our view was of walls making room quite dark.

Great value for money and able to book at short notice due to being unable to stay at previous hotel.

Great time would certainly stay again when visiting family in the area

Great quayside location with the car park opposite at a reduced rate on line which was easily explained at check in. Nothing was too much trouble and this was great considering it was a very busy hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices.

Good location on sea front. Good size room. Tea and coffee available in room. Good breakfast included.

Bed was massive and could have slept 5! unnecessary. Had to send coffee back not once but twice at breakfast as it was served cold. The room at the rear of the hotel overlooks the hotel generators which were extremely noisy in the morning.

Dooleys hotel stay

Breckfast was excellent staff where very good. close to everything within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants loads going on around you. Shops and boutiques museums the lot

Our room had a few problems, leaking toilet broken radiator and as we where right beside the elevator the door people entered through was banging all night. We asked for a room chance they did move us but unfortunately to a smaller room. And also right across from our old room so again had to listen the the door banging all night.
