Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage. Der Serengeti- und der Vogelpark sind schnell zu erreichen. Da wir mit unserer Enkelin unterwegs waren, sehr optimal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und unseren Ansprüchen genügend. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Im Hotel ein Abendessen einzunehmen war schwierig, da wahrscheinlich sehr beliebt, entsprechend voll. Wir waren nur am ersten Abend Essen. Dadurch war es auch am Abend sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. 2x mussten wir außerhalb des Hotels parken. Haben sehr viel später noch umgeparkt, das war etwas nervig. Die Laufkundschaft hatte Vorrang. Die Zimmer waren sehr warm. Es konnte nur ein Fenster in der Nacht angekippt werden, das andere war defekt. Sommerbetten waren noch nicht. Das WLAN ging 2 Tage nicht, aber da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, für uns nicht weiter schlimm.

Schönes und gemütliches Hotel mit Akustikproblemen

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer waren angemessen groß und waren gut ausgestattet.

Leider waren die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man aus dem Flur und aus den anderen Zimmern viel hören konnte. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

100% Weiterempfehlung

Wir hatten im Nebengebäude ein sehr sauberes, modern und funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer; das Bett war mit einem Topper ausgestattet, was wir als super bequem empfanden. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war umfangreich (mit vergleichbaren Hotels schon oberes Niveau) und lecker; es wurde stets aufgefüllt, wenn etwas leer war. Auch das a la carte Essen abends im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und auf der Speisekarte waren regionale Gerichte aus qualitativ guten Zutaten zu finden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein ansprechender Gesamteindruck rundeten unseren Kurzaufenthalt im Hotel Schnehagen ab. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat auch gestimmt.

Das Restaurant sowie der Frühstücksraum im Haupthaus sind „in die Jahre gekommen“ … Aus diesem Grund kann ich hier auch insgesamt bewertungsmäßig nicht die volle Punktzahl geben (von mir gibt’s 9 von 10) - aber, auf alle Fälle kann ich dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen und werde es selbst auch gerne wieder buchen.

Wir sind seit ca. 15 Jahren 2 x jährlich dort auf der Durchreise und wollen auch gern dort bleiben.

Die Küche ist sehr gut, aber etwas teuer. Das Frühstücksbüfett war unschlagbar.

Die Preise haben enorm angezogen. Wir hatten zwar ein kleines Doppelzimmer bestellt, aber so klein hatten wir es uns nicht vorgestellt. Vorsicht! Den Kopf konnte man sich sehr schnell am Wandfernseher stoßen, wenn man nicht aufpasst.

The bed was so far under the roof it was impossible to sit up in bed and relax or read. The staff at breakfast were not as friendly as in the evening

Exactly what I was looking for.

Consistent German country-side breakfast all included. Well presented. Good location and nice and quiet.

Small item, but would have appreciated a bread-toaster at breakfast.

Visit for the Hannover Messe, this was a nice hotel to stay with multiple colleagues

Staff was very friendly, good atmosphere from the waiter/waitress during dinner and pre dinner drinks. Really good service.

Superb

Super nice and helpful staff. Excellent German-style breakfast. Bilingual tablet with a lot of digital services and information in the room. Large and comfy bed. Relaxing and nice location and restaurant at the hotel, which was very convenient for us

Pretty much everything was perfect. Maybe only one small thing: The sink in the bathroom was a bit too close to the toilet seat.

Super, dog friendly hotel, perfect for an one-night-stay

Even we got delayed because of the weather conditions, we could check-in without any extra fee. My dog was welcome. Everything can be paid by credit card. Price for the dog is reasonable. Breakfast is okay, not many vegan options though.

There was no dinner/restaurant at the place and the room was cold, probably because of the energy prices.

We arrived late due to a 2 hour cue on the motorway. We asked of it was still possible to eat something. First they showed us our rooms and then taken to the restaurant where we had a good hot meal after 2 days of sandwiches. We were also given a portion of dog food and bowl of water for our dog. The rooms were both big , warm ,clean . Mattresses perfect. Breakfast was of a very good quality and abundant . We will definitely use it again on our next trip to Norway in May.

A charming friendly hotel in the middle of the countryside.

This charming gem of a hotel has lovely surroundings, with a nice restaurant that has a terrace where you can enjoy a hearty dinner and a drink or two in the cool shade. No traffic noise apart from the odd tractor far away. Birds chirping away in the morning is the only noise that would wake one up. The soundproofing in the rooms are very good so you can sleep all through the night and feel rested after your stay. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it.
