Very blessed that our family went and they also enjoyed their stay .

Loved the 3 bays to swim. Property is beautiful! The staff is excellent.

Las playas y jardines excelentes, personal de recepción y bell-boys cordiales y amables.

Meseros en general poco atentos, poca variedad en el área de snack, los vasos del restaurante vistabella despedían un aroma a sucio, encontré una taza sucia en las tazas de café recién lavadas, los camastros se observan en malas condiciones, el ventilador de la habitación rechinaba.

The beaches and gardens are amazing , staff is very helpful . We got an upgrade as we were there on our aniversary . Our reason to go to this hotel are the beaches .

The shuttles have to be changed to electric as they leave the gasoline stink . The rooms are a bit worn down and need some remodelation, the food at the buffets is ok .

Fue placentero.

La comida es muy rica, te trasladan en unos carritos a la habitación lo cual a los niños les parece muy divertido, la habitación es amplia y las camas muy cómodas, el frigobar contaba con bebidas ,el personal es amable pero en especial el señor Moisés Ordaz su trato fue excelente y la comida así como la atención de Frida ambos del restaurante bellavista.

Lagunas personas trataban mejor a los extranjeros que a los mexicanos 🙁

All in all a beautiful unique experience.

The grounds and beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling right off our beach. Food and service was good. The rooms are a good size and provide lots of storage.the resort feels more authentically Mexican but the room decor is dated.

The air conditioning was poor. The stairs and hill climbing are strenuous. Shuttles are an option but then you are tipping all day long.Few rooms have balconies.There wasn’t much entertainment.

Bon séjour.

Emplacement bord de mer Mer pas trop agitée. Piscines ou l’on peut nager. Excellente nourriture .

Déplacement en voiturettes. Établissement bruyant. Très difficile d’avoir un transat car bloqués dès le petit matin.

An idyllic stay with wonderful people - will come again

The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Even though buggies were available, everything was easily accessible and we walked. We spent our time on the wonderful Mexicana beach and again was so clean and looked after, the staff were amazing and a special shout out to Firman the barman who was brilliant. In fact all of the staff made the holiday what it was, if you don't have good staff it can ruin everything - they were all amazing in whatever area they worked in. Buffet was so much better than we thought. Will def recommend and will def come back again.

The balcony could have been made a little more attractive, it was the only area that seemed a bit shabby. The specialized restaurants are a good idea but felt a little rushed between courses. The Eastern one was our least favorite, the food was not authentic at all but interior was lovely. We also ate in the Mexicana and Mediterranean which were both very nice.

Nice facilities, friendly staff but the food and liquor need improvement

Great location, really nice beaches, good pools.

The food was mediocre at best and quite disappointing. The liquor used for the “basic” package (we didn’t upgrade) was not good at all.

property was nicely secluded, good security and had many tour options

room had sewage smell sometimes. shuttle service from room to lobby was not predictable, some people seemingly had higher priority. didn’t understand why.

We loved it, the beaches were amazing, the stay was great.

The property was clean, they had live music every night and all the employees where very friendly.

The only thing it was not walking distance to the centro.
