Passable
Tidy place
The extra money I had to pay, I wasn't expecting nor in cash, fi ally I paid tourism tax with my credit card, the man in the reception not frienly with us, hi didn't inform about breakfast at all, we didn't have. Very unpleasant time. Is too far from the centre of Rome by public transport. Mary Guzman

Disappointing
Not much.
Overworked staff. I had a couple in the room next to me who on each hour would start screaming at each other. The staff did not respond, giving me a bad nights sleep. I was just completing 40+ days walking the Via Francigena from north Italy. This was the worst place I stayed.

the worst hotel in Mediterranean
the only thing which i liked about the property that i did not get robbed and the walls prevented foxes from entering my room
no hot water, very rude host, paperthin towels which smelt like vinegar chips from cheap chertsey fishandchip shop, complimented by disgusting duvet from 1940 which was probably left by american soldiers. the property itself would remind you of stephen kings shining if it was built on no budget.

Very poor
Nothing there to like sorry Not that I'm negative but you don't believe me. Then you go waiste your money
No service what so ever No bottle water in room No pot for coffee Not even a cup No fridge Even the bed was 2 small beds together with the 2 mattress close to each other that they called queen size bed . Parking was not enough for all guests No heat even though it was freezing The host was very nice but that doesn't do service any good . No shampoo No soap And yes it wasn't like advertised at all Way too much for a split bed in a room not worth the money do not Waist your money Oh yeh they don't clean the bathroom either
