Gepflegte Pension in schönem Palazzo nahe der Ruialtobrücke

Top Lage, sehr schönes altes und gepflegtes Haus, freundliche Gastgeber, schönes großes Zimmer. Frühstück sieht auf den ersten Blick nicht so toll aus, aber man kann Omelette, Ham and Eggs etc. bestellen, ist sehr gut. Traumhafter Blick aus der Junior Suite und dem Frühstücksraum auf den Canal Grande und die Rialtobrücke.

Fix montierte Dusche sollte mit frei handhabbarer Dusche ergänzt werden; auch braucht es mehr Handtuchhaken.

Perfect view and amazing stay.

This property is everything that a room in Venice should be. I loved the antique decor and roominess of the room. The view of the grand canal and Rialto Bridge are amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return here for our next stay.

The beds are too firm for me and the pillows too flat.

Huge plus: the personel is really nice & kind. Also, they're very professional, Plus: The room is lookin more beautiful in reality than in the pictures in my opinion Plus: AC working properly and smart tv

Small minus: The breakfast in a way, because it's italian stlyle, so not so many things to chose, but definetly is not a big minus because you still have the basics to enjoy a good breakfast Very small minus:In our case there was no shower gel in the room, but it wasn't any problem since we got one from a shop.

Great location, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

staff excellent

starts on third floor of building so 68 steps to reception. I did not know this until after booking was confirmed. This is ok for me but someone else with a disability would have trouble climbing the stairs. I understand that this is common in Venice but if you have not been there before it would not cross your mind to check this first.

A unique experience that I would recommend.

The location is amazing, right on the main canal with the Rialto bridge around the corner, really cool. Classic, charming Venetian interiors. Great accommodating staff.

The doors are pretty, but very thin, the room across the kitchen feels like you’re IN the kitchen. Features all mostly functioned, but a little out of date.

Quaint hotel, good location but not worth the physical work of getting bags up the stairs.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Having to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs is extremely difficult even for someone in good physical shape. The hotel had no one to help us with our luggage and no elevator. We are 2 women in our late 60’s. Cannot recommend this hotel for anyone except a bodybuilder or if it is just an overnight bag for a one night stay.

The location was PERFECT. A short walking distance to all amenities, spectacular views from the breakfast area. Friendly staff.

The broken bed (one broken leg on bedframe) when we arrived which didn’t get fixed throughout our 3 night stay!

Amazing stay!

Everything was great! The staff are all very friendly and speak English which was very helpful. Breakfast is delicious, they make eggs for you however you like them and also give a meat, cheese, and bread. Juices, cereal, and coffee are also available. The breakfast area has a view of the canal. Rooms are clean and comfortable with tea and a kettle, they also have a little library of books and games. I loved picking a book and just reading by the canal during my time in Venice.

The stairs were difficult to climb with luggage, but they tell you when booking so we were aware. Just a tip, take the ferry to the hotel from the train station! We saw 20 minute walk on the GPS and figured we’d just walk it, but we probably carried our luggage up 20 bridges on the way and then also had to lug our suitcases up those 3 flights of stairs.

Excellent stay with great location and facilities.

Amazing location, right next to Rialto Bridge and walking distance to most places. The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a few doors down (outside of the hotel itself) but meant that the bedroom was extra large and came with a kitchen and living room - the phone was still connected to the hotel and wifi details were the same so that was also good. Bedroom had a huge TV which was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but adequate and had a great view.

Heating was a bit temperamental but that was minor really.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location not far from the point interest mostly.

I knew about the stairs but still surprise me. Lil bit tired for some people who has problem with the knee.

Exceptional

A very nice hotel in a great location, and its looks into Venice main water channel and its most famous bridge. The staff was so nice and respectful, and they were so kind to give us a room upgrade for our stay.

The breakfast was nice but I think it can be worked on a little more. The stairs got us exhausted, especially when we are traveling with a toddler.
