Superb

Lovely sized rooms, parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a very nice stay.

Didn't realise the hotel was up a big hill to get into the centre. Still pretty close to town but in the hot sun with no shade we would have preffered something a little easier located.

Cute boutique hotel 10 min walk from the waterfront with helpful and very kind staff and great breakfast.

Beautiful location close to the waterfront. Fantastic staff, especially the front desk and the breakfast staff. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and courteous. We had some trouble with parking but the staff was very helpful and found us parking about 500 meters from the hotel. It was quite confusing at first but the front desk was very courteous and helped solve the issue. The breakfast was a varied buffet with lots of fresh items, fruits and juices.

The property is a boutique hotel so it’s on the smaller size, but this is not a problem. There was not much we didn’t like.

Bedsheet could of been better, but may be I have become a Diva (or there was a plastic protector underlay (did not check)

The room was very clean and comfortable as were the outdoor areas. The staff was very helpful recommending restaurants and in reserving a boat excursion. We had a very nice stay in Otranto.

Lovely premises. Good breakfast and peaceful surroundings.

There is no provision for making a hot drink in the apartment/rooms. You could at least have a hot water station downstairs so quests can make a hot drink when they wish. This is especially important because you are not central, and it is a long walk for a coffee!

Beautiful property up on the hill only a short walk from the castle and waterside. Breakfast was excellent and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommend.

Pleasant staff and moderate distance to the old town and other attractions

Friendly and helpful staff. Having a garage (at a reasonable cost) is a plus. Roof terrace was wonderful way to finish the day and spend some time gazing at the planets and stars!

Breakfast is acceptable but not exceptional.

Great staff that made our stay amazing

One thing that really stood out was the staff, they were really nice and helpful. The bathroom in our room didn’t look exactly like what we booked but we were able to switch with no issues. Also breakfast was great!

Although the facilities are great (rooftop terrace, jacuzzi, breakfast included), the rooms and bathrooms are quite small.

Fancy hotel with a home feeling

Gorgeous place with extremely caring staff- from the reception to the breakfast, they will take extra good care of you. Beautiful double terrace with lounge area and even a jacuzzi. Cakes and local specialties for breakfast prepared from 2 lovely ladies who will take care of you and bring you coffee on the nice terrace. Silent air conditioning and a nice, comfortable double bed.

The hotel is on top of a very, very trafficked hill, with nonstop noises throughout the whole night. If you aren't a air-conditioned lover, bring some ear plugs

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating with advice and tips, as well as dietary requirements. Location was great - close to city center to be able to walk (ca. 600 m) Parking lot (dedicated to the hotel) a few minutes‘ walk from the hotel with no stress of having to look for parking esp in the narrow roads in Italy ;-)

It would be great to have a little more options / variety of fruit for the breakfast buffet.
