Correcto, a buen precio.

El hotel es correcto, está limpio y te dan libertad para hacer el check-in a casi cualquier hora. El desayuno es tipo bufé: variado y con productos de calidad.

La habitación es pequeña, especialmente el baño que resultaba muy incómodo (no podíamos ni poner el neceser de viaje por falta de espacio). El trato es un poco impersonal, pero quizá se deba a que apenas vimos a nadie por la llegada tardía al alojamiento.

Good luck on finding the hotel, and a heater to keep warm during the night.

Not much.

The room became cold after the staff had left, leaving the reception unmanned. The advert was misleading, as I stayed in an annexe to the right of the main building, not the building I expected. Satnav did not find the hotel, as the address on Booking.com did not match the address on site. Thankfully, a very kind Spanish gentleman and his family, travelling from Bilbao helped me find the hotel, which did not display the name of the hotel on the building, he said, he was struggling to find the hotel too.

Rather Disappointing.

The area was very scenic.

The bathroom was small & tired - the door was damaged due to water from the shower. At breakfast there were half a dozen flies on the food and even one in the hot milk. We booked the room and found out later that there was no restaurant service because the hotel had other events on.

Very good

Location. The girls who served us breakfast was very kind and helpful. The tranquility of the Place.

The phone in the room was not working. I requested an Iron and they did not have one. At night there was no restaurant and no room service and neither a fridge in the room to keep beverages could. More than once we could hear wall neighboors talking and they could here us.

Very quiet and away from people

Lovely quiet location. Price wasn't too bad.

We had to wait a while to check in and there weren't really any staff to support us, just what seemed like a waiter telling us "here's the key and the restaurant is not open in the evening". For me, beds were hard (I may be more sensitive to this than some)

Unwelcoming staff

The location was nice.

Difficult staff. Too many restrictions on access to facilities. The restaurant was closed for dinner. Terrace and bar closed and staff were unwilling to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was not provided because we had not previously booked it even though there appeared to be plenty of room. We couldn't even get a coffee on the terrace in the morning. Thankfully there was a great cafe and restaurant in the village down the road which saved us.

Nice stay

Great location. The restaurant is worth to visit as well. Stuff was very helpful and answered all our needs. In the end we left very satisfied about our trip. Definitely coming back!

Delightful location. Attractive hotel and site. Excellent value.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is wonderful, in beautiful mountainous countryside. It would be perfect for walkers or very fit cyclists. It is less than one hour's drive from Bilbao, so was very convenient for us before taking the ferry home. Very high quality evening meal. Outstanding value. Highly recommended. My wife uses a wheelchair; access was easy.

The only slight quibble was the size of the bathroom. Everything was there - shower, washbasin and loo - but it was a bit of a squeeze. It should not be any problem for most people.
