Great location and value for money highly recommend

Was much better than some reviews I read and great value for money. Biggish room with two beds, clean and had everything we needed.

Sink leaked slightly but just put a bin underneath and used bathroom sink instead. No kitchen equipment just a hob would have liked a toaster at least. Bathroom big enough but shower small and shower curtain not good (have to be very careful not to let water go onto bathroom floor and even out under the door into the living area)

Genial para una estancia corta

La habitación es grande, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy agradable.

El ascensor es pequeño pero es lo de menos. El baño también era algo pequeño y en la ducha solo entra una persona.

Basic place that will cover your simple needs.

Location is great, as you are practically in the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful in any way that they can. The room comes equipped with a small stove, cups, plates and cutlery, enough for basic cooking needs.

The place is just ok, it covers your needs. The shower is tiny and uncomfortable, even for European standards. You can hear the conversations of the rooms besides you. The fact that there are no cleaning supplies (even though there is no daily cleaning services) is a problem for longer stays (we stayed 10 days).

BREVE ESTANCIA EN SANTANDER

Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal agradable, pude recoger las llaves en recepción sin problemas. Aunque los alrededores son zona azul, pude aparcar sin problemas. Me vino bien para visitar Cantabria

Como estudio, si se pretende comer en él, queda muy justo, apenas hay una pila y una pequeña vitrocerámica y un par de sartenes. Como iba yo solo a dormir y desayunar me valió, pero para una pareja que quisiera pasar unos días en Santander quedaría muy justo. No hay mesa de comedor, solo una de escritorio. Parece una habitación de hostal a la que le han añadido una vitrocerámica y una pila. No está en el centro

Buena relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación.

Es cómodo, buena relación calidad precio. El estudio era amplio y tenía todos los servicios necesarios para unos días (cocina equipada, baño aceptable, cama cómoda) Está ubicado a 15min de la estación de bus/tren andando, rodeado de comercios y zonas peatonales.

A pesar de que no somos fumadores y no pedimos habitación para fumadores, nos dieron una que si lo era: tenía ese olor característico a tabaco viciado (además de un cenicero). Era muy desagradable el olor al entrar, por lo que si no sois fumadores, os aconsejo que lo especifiquéis

Room was spacious and clean, good location

No frills accommodation at a reasonable price

15 minute walk to centre of town. Reception were happy to keep our bags for a few hours after we had checked out. Room was clean.
