Amazing stay in an amazing place!

Everything was very good: from the staff, to our room, the swimming pools. We had a very nice room with a sea view, it was amazing! We had an amazing stay there, big thanks to Leonidas and the rest of the team!

Mamma Mia: now we understand the title of the movie!

The athmosphere of the hotel is very cosy and comfortable. Right from the start we felt very welcome! We had an upgrade to room 2, which had a fantastic seaview. The hotel is perfectly situated at the quiet end of Skopelos seafront. Only 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and terraces. Also good restaurant with unique seaview on the premises. We hadn’t realised the Mamma Mia-cast had stayed in this hotel, a bonus for my daughter, who is a big fan. Everybody went out of their way to make our stay memorable. And it was, thankyou SV-team!

Nothing. To be honest, the interior of the room is not very modern, but this is part of the charm of this place. We would love to return!

Gorgeous hotel with exceptional views of the town

Love the views across to Skopelos from the room and also from the breakfast room. Breakfast very varied and filling. Rooms very comfortable.

The bar closed earlier than stated, although it was low season and not busy so understood why

Absolutely the best stay we have ever had!

We cannot say enough about how fantastic The Skopelos Village Hotel was during our stay. The staff was amazing. We were treated like family in the good way. We stayed in the House and absolutely loved it. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grounds are meticulously kept and they even have their own garden for fresh spices. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual and the location is perfect.

Exceptional

The staff was outstanding! After having a terror night at another hotel on our honeymoon we were desperate to turn things around. This hotel did just that for us. The customer service, friendly demeanor, and the hospitality we received was simply on another level. The staff was so thrilled to show us all of their amenities and even share a small piece of their history. The rooms were clean, the pool and surrounding grounds were in impeccable standing, and the breakfast, all 10 out of 10. Although we are at the end of the season we still got to see their personal vegetable garden that they utilize in the restaurant on site. The fruit trees and landscape were absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed and relaxed. This hotel was the perfect find, to a perfect end of our honeymoon. We are still beaming from ear to ear and cannot wait to come back.

the position and gorgeous view

the breakfast etc. needs improvement. some local spoon sweets or plums etc. instead of canned fruit would be nice. Better cooking of hot foods possible. a change of coffee also. area for meals is lovely though

Good hotel could be better

Good location, great staff, good facilities… but the rooms are dated and need an update. Our junior suite was very large and comfortable, but as mentioned it felt tired.

Great location looking back over Skopelos Town , over the sea … wonderful sitting having a great breakfast and just looking at Skopelos . All the staff were very friendly and kind and we felt ‘ nothing was too much trouble ‘ Would stay here again if we return to this beautiful Island Nice and quiet and grounds well maintained
