Das sehr freundliche Personal, das gute Frühstück, die gute Lage.

So manches ist in dem Haus in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend erneuert werden, wie zB riesige Flecken auf dem Flurteppich.

Das Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe.

Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein zu der Zeit, in der ich frühstücken wollte. Ich habe daher draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen. Dort konnte ich wegen der Möwen kein Essen unbeabsichtigt lassen. Es gab beim Frühstück auch Recht wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier*innen.

Tolle Lage am Strand

Die Lage ist klasse!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne Häusern eher verbesserungsfähig. Die Zimmer sind doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war gut.

Good value for money

Nice hotel in the heart of Binz with good rooms and amenities for the price. The rooms are a bit dated but they are in a good condition and definitely clean. Breakfast Was plentiful with good Selektion but in no means fancy. It seems a bit like a 50plus hotel.

Parking is expensive. The Pool was quite small and also dated.

Beautiful place with a great breakfast

The pool and sauna area was great! Proximity to the beach is super good and all in all this place is very beautiful but a tad bit expensive though. The breakfast buffet almost weighs up for it though, it was extensive.

They didn't have their minibar filled which they advertised about and for amenities only shampoo but not conditioner. And the room had a funny smell as I entered but everything looked clean..

Unsure why we keep on choosing this place…

Location and charms of the hotel, staff in breakfast restaurant and the breakfast itself, quality of drinks at the bar.

Rooms too much cramped, closet too small, freezer wasn’t working and the receptionists ignored our complaints the entire week. Bar is massively understaffed.

It was impossible to turn off the heating in our bathroom which warmed up the whole room to a very uncomfortable level. The Hotel reception kind of ignored our complaint and blamed the problem on the heatwave from a week earlier. We were not offered another room/

Expensive but good

Quiet and comfortable rooms. Nice wellness area. Absolutely lovely location. Kids club was well set up with many good activities for children.

Bathroom was very small. The staff was not always so helpful (providing incorrect information, not allowing for late check out, etc.). The restaurant service was sometimes slow and unfriendly.

Excellent vacation in a good hotel, slightly too expensive.

Excellent breakfast. Room was a bit small but ok. However was it too hot and no air condition and no fans. Location was great and very close to shopping beach and restaurants.

There was no possibility to cool the room down. I find it strange that this type of high end hotel does not have air condition, or at least the possibility to get a fan. We had to keep the door slightly open and the windows open in order to get som air moving in the room.

Pleasant

This hotel has a good location. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Had some issues with the shower gel. This was provided as a 22ml platic bottle which is good for one shower. Two plastic bottles had to be replenished eveyday for a double room, not very eco friendly for a green hotel. Also there was no stand in the shower to put the shower gel, something small but very annoying. On our last day shower gel was missing, fortunately I had a spare. Our room did not have enough sockets to charge two phone. Had to unplug a lamp to do it or use the bathroom socket.

it was enjoyable

Close (10 minutes walking) from the station. The hotel also provide shuttle service from and to the station. Breakfast was amazing. I got a silver card that offers 10% discount at their facilities, also got free transportation card to use around Binz.

the toilet in the room a bit dirty when I just checked in, and water is leaking when you take bath (the water even reached the room's floor).

Exceptional

We enjoyed the rich and high quality breakfasts. Staff at breakfast room was friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed at was cozy and clean. The spa and pool area is nice as well.

15 Euro per night for a dog + 1 Euro city tax on top is the most expensive charge that we have experienced in Europe so far. On the other hand we were glad that pets are allowed in this establishment.

The worst stay in our favorite hotel

Ambiente, Location, Bar, Pool & Spa.

Rooms were very dirty. Front desk staff was not very well informed (e.g available Covid-19 test centers and regulations, road closures). The bar and some restaurants were temporarily closed/offered limited service due to missing staff and closed events without informing the other guests.
