Essendo principalmente frequentata da inglesi, la qualità del cibo e buona ma sicuramente non eccezionale, la spiaggia è stata ricavata su una terrazza, ma d altronde in quella zona di Corfù non esistono spiagge…

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Sehr schöner Rutschenturm für die Kinder mit netten Mitarbeitern.

Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Schmutzige Bettwäsche wurde nicht ausgetauscht, sondern umgedreht und gefaltet. Speisen im Hauptrestaurant waren nicht ausreichend gewärmt oder gekühlt. An einem Morgen habe ich beim Frühstück drei Mitarbeiter für einen Kaffe angesprochen. Als wir dann mit dem Frühstück fertig waren, kam der Tischservice und fragte ob wir Kaffee wünschen. Wellness unerwartet zwei Tage geschlossen. Absprachen mit dem Kundencenter wurden nicht wie besprochen eingehalten bzw. umgesetzt. Für uns kein 5-Sterne Hotel.

Not a 5 star for sure

The building is really nice, rooms are great.

The place was run down: 90% of chairs at main restaurant had broken tapestry, walls were chipping off, jacuzzi in the terrace looked ancient. Also common spaces were not very clean. Ice cream always ran out in the afternoon when kids wanted to have some. Glasses at the beach bar were always dirty. They list services and activities they no longer provide.

Everything. Clean, modern, the staff were amazing. Lucia checked us in and was amazing. The breakfast at the Italian place was amazing! Staff were always present and helpful! Lovely hotel with Lots of things to do

Maybe more entertainment for adults at night. But can’t fault them. The quiz night was fun

we really enjoyed the food and staff. the buffet was fantastic each and every time. staff was friendly and housekeeping kept my room clean.

Beautiful hotel, a Durrell's experience in luxury

Beautiful hotel, grounds. Loved Ibiza style chilled beach bar sounds with Bali Beds looking out onto the water, charming! Loved the other end with the shallow water. Beautiful clear calm sea and warm enough to swim in. Food delicious every where and plenty of choice for us vegetarians. One of the pools was heated which everyone we enjoyed. Our kids enjoyed a few mornings at the Kids Club which was first class.

The kids could not enjoy the water slides, because the water was not heated and the kids pool ice cold! Also, the kids slides have permanent freezing cold shower jets everywhere from all angles, its not fun, more like cold water torture. There was a lot of looks and tutting at our little ones making noise both from some hotel staff and many guests. We did feel under a lot of pressure to try to keep them quiet. In the end, we found a lone spot at the far end of the beach where the little ones could be as noisy as they liked, the sea was shallow and in the end it was better because we got a real Durrell's experience

Amazing family holiday with Sun, Sea and Sand

Amazing family friendly resort with stunning sea and beach, delicious buffet breakfast and dinner all inclusive, lots of kids activities like balloons, face painting, Lego robotics etc. All communication with the hotel prior to and during our stay have been very good. I always get a reply very quickly. Reception has been very informative with all the kids activities booking. We had a beautiful room with private pool and sea view and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset everyday. Thank you to Housekeeping for cleaning our rooms nicely daily and the sweets at turndown service. My 8 year old loves them! We love the variety of food at the main restaurant and they are yummy. It’s great that we don’t need to worry about where to go for meals everyday as it is inclusive. Both the boat trips the yacht cruise were fantastic especially the yacht cruise. Thank you to Evgenia and Anna who were so helpful with arranging our trip, always replying promptly. We used the Kids Club when we went onto the yacht trip which was wonderful. Poppy was so attentive and efficient to sort out our childcare outside of the Kids Club opening time. Aoife at the Kids Club was very friendly and my 2 year one enjoyed her day there so much that she said she wanted Aoife again the next day! Sadly we had to leave and check out. We also used the photography service and we were really pleased with the family photos…Beautiful memories we could take home to remember and cherish. All in all, It has been the best family holiday we have even had in a while.

It would have been perfect if the water in our private swimming pool and the water park are heated during October. It was quite cold.

Not for babies

The staff were super friendly and wanted to help in all cases

I didn't like the fact that they're selling themselves as a "family" place it's not for families with babies there's no one closed area (a Gymboree ) for you to spend time with your baby when it rains, for example, or want to kill an hour or two, there is only a place for you to leave the baby and go for 3 hours (with payment), so we found it super hard to entertain our one year old baby during the day (especially on the rainy days when we were stuck at the hotel)

Excellent property. Beautiful views. Helpful friendly staff. Good restaurants, good food, well presented. Great idea to have complimentary ferry to visit Corfu town and Benitses village

Main roadway is narrow with no footpaths so walks/ strolls not really possible. While there is a platform to the sea, there is no sandy beach

Superb

Very clean, excellent pools with lovely loungers. Plenty of space for everyone. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent, very attentive. Room was spacious, amazing sea view. Table tennis tables available.

Only one tennis court, which was poorly layed. Too many children, ruined the luxurious feel of the resort. Food was very good but got a bit repetitive by the end of the week.

We had a nice say but would think again due to the amount of children on our first week.

We love the hotel and the staff. we especially loved the restaurants you could book our favourite was the Deck Bar and Grill The staff were amazing and a special thanks to Christine and George! ALso our room was cleaned with attention to detail and would like to thank Zoe for room 213

the water park!! we stayed last year without the water park and it was a much calmer hotel. Now it is full of kids and parents that dont care how much nose they make or regards to other guest!

Great place to recharge your batteries, but don't expect 5 stars experience

The resort is big, with very manicured gardens, beautiful views to the beach and sea, fab infinity pools and it does have the 'wow' factor. I can only imagine how difficult is it run the operational side of it, so the managers are doing a great job. Also appreciated the complementary activities I was able to book in advance (e.g. paddle boards, snorkelling, boat trips). The hotel has a mobile app which is great for an initial browse, but it does need improvements (it's slow and lacks basic functionality) The food was good, but nothing outstanding - we didn't eat a la carte, so that's only regarding the buffet options. Some desserts were exceptional though!

It was my first time at a resort, so there was a bit of an expectation to reality adjustment. The room itself was underwhelming even though we got (a free) upgrade to a Seaview one. With a bit more attention to detail (e.g. make opening and closing the front and bathroom doors smoothless), you'd avoid guests initial frustration. The main restaurant feels like a very average canteen - it is noisy and even though we sat at 10+ different tables over the length of the stay, we hardly got a 'dzen' dinner or breakfast moment. Fully appreciate that staff have the uneasy job to clear our plates and cutlery, but it leaves little moment for the diners to enjoy themselves, Perhaps some background music would help.
