Pas vraiment de choix quand on arrive très tard à Luzern, juste pour dormir c'est bien

Une réception qui reste ouverte 24h/24h. La chambre est silencieuse. Les volets sont biens plus rideaux pas de lumière le matin.

Propreté: Vieux papiers qui flottent dans les toilettes. Corbeille de salle de bain remplit de déchets: coton tiges... Cela donne une sérieux doute sur le ménage et l’hygiène de salle de bain!!!

La facilidad para acceder al hotel desde la autopista o para desplazarse a Lucerna. El ticket de transporte público gratuito durante los días de estancia.

La habitación no está preparada para el calor y era sofocante. El baño de la habitación es demasiado pequeño. El parking no es demasiado cómodo: las plazas (ámplias) para los clientes están alejadas de la entrada.

Just about value-for-money

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to public transport (5 minute walk to nearest bus-stop).

Business/industrial location. Bathrooms didn't feel very fresh.

A good pied-a-terre close to the city center.

Room 216 was a corner room with two sets of windows, a real boon during the AUG heatwave … with no AC. A spacious and comfortable place to rest after Mt. Pilatus adventures. Easy to get to downtown Lucerne via public transport.

No downside to report.

Nice cosy place to stay with aim of visiting Pilatus

Nicely located hotel only 5 min ride frim the Lucerne centre!

They had a gardener from other household working very early cutting trees, so we couldn’t sleep enough.

It was value for money and most important staff was courteous.

Staff was polite and she did not refuse what we asked for. Excellent service.

Double bed was not available and single beds were not solid enough. They were moving around with small push.

Had an excellent stay

Room was clean with all facilities. Staff were friendly, had an amazing view. Good choice for breakfast. Staff all spoke excellent English.

Lifts to car park was confusing but very minor point.

The staff were friendly and able to assist with any needs. The location is far from central lucerne, a train ticket was offered for the length of our stay. The train station is a 5 minute walk.

The hotel was located in very nice place with all the things nearby, actually is in a shopping centre so you can do other things as well. It has a nice underground parking. Also it has a beautiful view of pilatus.

The hotel room was clean but was stinky and smelling like fish.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms with great size and good breakfast

Parking is not in price, aditionally when you pay taxes, its a pretty high amount of money that needs to be payed at property.

Affordable & cozy stay in Luzern

It was a spacious room for 3 persons. clean and cozy. No free coffee or tea facilities but we borrowed a kettle with a deposit of CHF20 and had hot drinks by our own. The luggage storage was free. After check out we explored Luzern again without our heavy luggages. (The train station cost CHF15 for XXL size locker where 3 medium suitcases can be put) The hotel provides travel cards and the train from Luzern was free.

The body shampoo is at the sink and not in the shower area. Need to go out and get body shampoo.
