Vacaciones

Buena ubicación. Calidad precio bueno. Instalaciones mediantemente correcto. Camareros buen trato. Comida buena.

Las cortinas de la habitación cortas. A las 6:30 de la mañana yo personalmente estaba despertándome con la claridad que entra que es bastante. Deberían mejorar la limpieza de los cubiertos del comedor. Comida en los platos pegada. Hemos tenido un problema con el taxi de vuelta ya que dijimos en recepción que queríamos reservar un taxi con silla de bebe( con 24 horas de antelación como nos había dicho un taxista) llega el taxi sin silla ya que la persona que había llamado se había explicado mal. Solución ? Búscate la vida, 40 minutos de trayecto por carretera, si te pillan te comes tú la multa, y gracias a dios que no ha pasado nada.

Ha estado en gran parte todo muy bien recepción, limpieza animación la piscina la habitación pero sobre todo hacer hincapié en la cocina los desayunos y comida en general ha sido de 10

Genoten van ons verblijf!

Bij aankomst vrij kunnen parkeren. Omdat het al 21u20 was zijn we meteen kunnen gaan dineren en pas later kunnen inchecken. Men was al op de hoogte van onze late aankomst en er stonden al 3 ruime volle warme maaltijden voor ons klaar! Dankjewel! Wat een service! Voor de rest een heel goed en aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Kamermuur met buren was niet 'geluiddicht'.

A very pleasant stay , I would come back

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT , BREAKFAST ,LUNCH AND DINNER, OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND BED WERE VERY COMFORTABLE . ENTERTAING WAS VERY GOOD , THE POOL GROUNDS WERE VERY NICE WITH A CAFE FOR DRINKS. BEDS AROUND THE POOL COULD HAVE HAD SOME CUSIONS, AS THEY WERE VERY HARD PLASTIC AND NOT VERY COMFORTABLE , MY ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT.

It was very nice hotel staff were friendly and very helpful when needed something

Shame the hot tubs were not on and pool was not in use as did say on description pool open all year round and was disappointing to find no English telly wich should really say that in description and no tea coffee facilities in your room

A great family hotel! 0

Great family hotel ideal for my children who were 7 and 16 and there were children of the same age staying there so they could socialise. Really nice pool area with a water slide and the jacuzzi, adult and child's pool, play area for young children and pool side drink service. We went half board, food is ok, not good, not bad but worked out much cheaper than eating out and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Finestrat beach is small but sandy and pretty and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Poniente beach about a 15 ish minute walk but wouldn't want to carry all the beach stuff there, nice for an evening walk. Bus stop right outside the hotel to travel to the centre, No.2 bus about every 20 mins, cost was €4.85 to Levante one way for the 3 of us. Evening entertainment was quite amusing, again family orientated and you need to understand Spanish. (We live in Spain and the children were born here so the hotel was great for us but if you are from the UK looking for a hotel that caters just for the Brits, this is not the place for you!) Overall had a great 5 days and the children throughly enjoyed themselves!

A fridge in the room would be great as there was no where to keep the water cold for the children which in the summer isn't great! Air con was rather antiquated and defo in need of updating. Worked OK once it finally got going. Room was kept clean for us but the stairs and public areas to the rooms need a bit of a hoover!! Food wasn't always very warm. A little bit further to walk to things than I had realised. The pool is the main plus for this hotel. This is a great Spanish family hotel which we loved but UK people booking to come over need to be aware that this is not Levante and caters for Spanish taste before booking and then complaining!

location good and in a quiet area. staff was nice, helpful, cheerful and friendly, activities were good, good parking options for both free and even better for a good price. flexible options when you have a really late flight home and you can stay at property throughout the day and have access to all you need even though you have “checked” out. my son felt like home and loved it.

no dislike but would have been nice tho to have a little cooler in the room too keep beverages and stuff

staff were nice and friendly, great location, room was big and clean. food was meh. would I stay here again, probably no

clean, friendly, close to all amenities

entertainment was all in Spanish so could not go and enjoy it. they should cater for all nationalities. food was always Luke warm/cold even the fresh items that got put out. I tripped over the door matt while exiting as it wasn’t secure to the floor, this is a hazard as the corner was lose and turned up, this should have been picked up on the daily walk round checks and rectified.

Perfect place to stay.

Staff (especially Noe, Marcedes, Vivian and Domingo)very smiley and helpful, thank you. Great swimming pools (Topic&Alone). Very comfy beds. Clean and good room size. Great Spanish food selection. Bus stop(bus 2)next to the hotel. Supermarket.5 min. walk to the beach. Thank you

Excellent hotel, good quiet location, friendly staff an attention to cleanliness is first class!👏👏

Spotlessy clean throughout the whole hotel, food was good, staff friendly an polite, reception area staff were always smiling an happy to help, nice quiet location, room was kept immaculate, beds are very soft so if your used to a firm mattress you'll be struggling, although very comfortable to sleep in

There was NOTHING in this hotel we didn't like!😉, only thing I could say is we always take a small travel kettle,,, there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms!, Also tea/coffee is only available during breakfast,, not at evening meal times,,
