Very relaxed stay. Lovely hotel in a very peaceful and beautiful location. Swimming pool and tennis court is a plus.

Lovely welcoming staff. Made our stay very comfortable.

Maybe the bathrooms in the rooms could do with some upgrading. Also the lay out of the room was unusual. Lots of room was taken up for a cabinet which looked like it might be a min bar, but there was nothing in it. And the mirror in the bedroom was facing the window at an odd angle. Could have fit a small dressing table in it if the cabinet for the mini bar was removed.

Relaxing and comfortanle in a lovely location.

Location and view were great, the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. Dinner was lovely and staff were great.

At breakfast, there seemed like enough staff on but no supervision. Not sure where to get tea of coffee, had to find a waitress and ask. Staff seemed to avoid eye contact and not really engage. Spoke to one nice young lady at breakfast but others just seemed to avoid interaction with guest.

great location for a work trip ticked most of the boxes

breakfast fabulous and my room was lovely comfy beds , the restaurant was little disappointing for the prices to be honest . The wine order was over twenty euros more than in the bar and this was not a good reflection on the hotel . The staff were excellent .

The restaurant was very overpriced FOOD AND WINE .

Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern direkt auf das Meer war einfach unschlagbar. Man kann morgens aus dem Bett direkt auf das Meer sehen, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und Galway ist nur 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Staff were lovely! Loved the swimming pool and sauna. The room was comfortable and super clean. They had a bar with live music in the evening

Breakfast buffet. Not enough variety of breads, not freshly cooked. It used to have a fish option which was no longer there. Lack of choice in restaurant menu, no steak.

Great choice in a location that gives you access to Galway city and Connemara.

Very helpful staff who made a big effort to assist a family member with an Accessibility issue in their room.

We had four rooms in total. Ours was a "family room" and had a door connected to another bedroom who were not part of our group. There was almost no sound proofing. The guests in the connected room were, er, very active in the "romancing", not once, not twice but thrice in 24 hours. Impressive but she was very loud.

Thank you for helping us as a family create wonderful memories celebrating our Mums 70th birthday .

We were a family of 20 guests and booked five rooms in total to celebrate my Mother’s 70th birthday , everybody in our family really enjoyed our stay , the staff right true from receptionist whom checked us in to the bar staff and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home , their kindness will not be forgotten .

The bar, the pool, the outdoor jacuzzi, the close proximity to the sea.

the bed was sunk on one side .food in the bar was terrible cold and very limited choice.what i wanted to order they didnt have any left.It wouldnt encourage us to go back there

Great views of the bay. Clean . Lovely lounge areas. Fantastic breakfast

No fridge in room. Duvet much too heavy and no top sheet. Way too much air freshener used in rooms! Staff friendly but completely disorganised in bar and restaurant.

Disappointed

Staff were very friendly

Booked a Superior Family room for two people for extra comfort and space. The room was so cramped. with double and single bed that it is absolutely ridiculous to call it a Superior Family room. Also the room was next door to the hotel cleaners 'working' room. Constant noise.€516.00 for the pleasure of two nights. After much discussion, we managed to get a small refund, but not sufficient for the disappointment. Wrote to manager on return and no further discount given. Tip: Always check the actual size (m2) of a 'Superior/Family room' to the size of an ordinary room before you upgrade.... Ps. The room didn't even have a fridge..
