A localização é fantástica, a uma quadra da praça Independência, perto de comércio, restaurantes e pontos turísticos

Apesar das instalações do quarto serem muito confortáveis, o chuveiro é muito baixo, o que dificulta para pessoas altas como meu marido.

Villaggio Hotel is very well located but there are many other options around if you book in advance….

- The bathroom was flooded after using the bath … The water from the bath’s drain was blocked and came out near the toilet seat leaving the whole bathroom full of dirty water…. - Uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast, no room service, smelly room

lovely central location and great friendly staff

This is to provide constructive criticism, out room was at the front low down next to the road so very noisy, needs black out curtains as street lights shine all night ( I wore earplugs and a eye mask) there is a bad drain smell which needs sorting out. room needs painting as very tired looking. compared to other hotels with comparable cost should provide snacks in mini bar and a kettle. very strict about 7am breakfast even though all food was set out we waiting in semi dark until they turned lights on at 7am there could be some flexibility to this,maybe the two rooms at front should be at a reduced price.

Very noisy and a bit stinky

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The walls are paper thin so we were treated to the sound of a couple arguing on arrival. They were not our neighbours but a few rooms away if that gives an idea of how poor the soundproofing is. We felt we couldn't really relax at all in the room. There was also a bit of a stink on the whole floor, a bit like bad drains.

Helpful & supporting staff

the staff was amazing! A lot of help and support from the front desk helping us organising trips and further accommodations as also giving as some good food tips.

Good place to stay. It was our first in Mendoza and Villagio was the right place to stay.

The receptionist who checked us in! He was super helpful and informative. He helped us with places to go as well.

Exceptional

The breakfast was good but rather simple. There was fresh fruit available which was very nice. The staff at the reception was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from basically anything.

The bathroom could use some improving as the shower was pointed in the direction of the ceiling. I would not recommend to stay in the room next to the elevator. We woke up several times as loud neighbours got home and the elevator makes some sort of noise.

quirky small hotel close to the centre.

location very close to main square and shops. first room was noisy and we were soon moved to a quieter room at the back. the wine tour they organised was excellent. the fountains in the evening with lights and music were a wonderful experience.

Cosy hotel in the heart of Mendoza. Big room, good breakfast - idea to explore wine-yards and city

Spacious and nice room, clean and comfortable . Big bathroom and very nice personnel. Overall I felt really like at home! Nice breakfast - simple but good quality.
