Perfect hotel for a relaxing stay!

The hotel staff were very accommodating for my poor German speaking skills and were very helpful. I arrived early and I could use the spa facilities until my room was ready. The spa and pool were fantastic, and the restaurant was perfect for dinner and breakfast. I felt very comfortable travelling and staying alone.

Excellent hotel and stay - shame about the breakfast.

. I actually really like the hotel, the location is great and the rooms are excellent. The price is more than acceptable for the quality provided.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We went for breakfast at 8:30. The room was full but we found a table. Sadly the buffet looked very tired. The scrambled egg had definitely seen better days and the cheese and sliced meets were down to their last few pieces. During the 45 minutes we were in the breakfast area the buffet was nit refreshed. Only more very fresh and tasty bread buns were brought out. Fresh bread was available in abundance. I observed the cheese board being mauled by two elderly ladies who concluded, after inspecting each piece that they could be put back without trying. The staff were doing their best and on request I received an omelette that was acceptable, although it did take a long time to arrive. The coffee was dispensed from a machine with a wide variety of options, none of which had a lot going for them.

Excellent hotel strongly recommended.

Excellent room, plenty of space and very functional. Great location next to the park. Most of the staff were wonderful with a few minor exceptions.

The mattress covers on the bed are dreadful. We removed them immediately. We would recommend the hotel management spend a couple of weeks sleeping on beds with these covers in order to understand the consequences of using them.

Building work had overrun and the builders were working in the reception to Annex Anna for the first 2 days of our stay.
