Relax a Livigno

Lo chalet è molto pulito e curato, con tutto il necessario. La struttura in legno, l'interno caldo e gli spazi ampi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Lo chalet è leggermente fuori dal centro di Livigno, circa 15 Min a piedi.

Ein sehr grosszügiges Frühstückbuffet, das alle Wünsche erfüllt. Sehr freundliches und flexibles Personal und Chefin. Abschliessbarer MTB-Raum.

Vista la maggioranza delle cose negative, non riprenoterei l’appartamento in questione e non lo consiglierei.

La pulizia della struttura e la vicinanza al centro

Cose negative: - l’appartamento in questione era raggiungibile all’esterno da una scala di un 7/8 gradini ripidi ( si trovava al meno uno rispetto alla strada ), che con il passeggino e’ stato un problema. - zero privacy: in casa si doveva stare con tutte le tende oscuranti tirate perché sennò da fuori si vedeva tutto e anche dal bagno la porta doveva stare chiusa perché frontalmente si aveva la porta di ingresso parzialmente di vetro. -il divano con la seduta sfondata - la luce a led che si accendeva in automatico ad ogni passaggio nel corridoio senza poter decidere di spegnerle. - muri di cartongesso: dalla camera si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva nell’appartamento vicino.

Un kit di cortesia ed almeno la carta igienica ad inizio soggiorno sarebbero graditi

Livigno is magic.....

La posizione era in zona tranquilla e comoda con il centro. L'appartamento era molto pulito, silenzioso e accogliente.

L'appartamento ci è piaciuto e ci siamo trovate bene. L'unica scomodità è stata il dover trovare un parcheggio per lasciare l'auto quando ci siamo recate all'hotel Astra a fare il check in.

There is nothing I like

The apartment was not comfortable and not very clean. The bathroom was dirty and some of the towels were dirty. The place is not worth it. It is a modest one or two stars.

Easy to collect key from nearby hotel, able to park right outside property

Very dark, weird smell (damp?), quite a depressing vibe. Low quality beds, bedding, one thin pillow each. Very basic, dated and not as pictures had led me to believe upon booking.

Easy parking. Lavandry near apartment.

Smell. There was not any sharp knives. Checkout time too late (9.00AM). Photos was not from that house.

We enjoyed our stay and we would return next year hopefully!

Very good apartment, well equipped. Kitchen with all utensils and cutlery, glasses/cups. Clean flat, very roomy and warm, close to center. Supermarket nearby (we stayed at Il Giglio in Via Rasia 285).

The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were very thin and not comfy at all. Also the bed shits were clean but quite worn out.

Disappointed and do not recommend hotel Astra.

We booked a studio for holidays through the app,we received confirmation photos, which clearly show a kitchen with a sofa, a bedroom with a large bed (A large bed for two was also indicated in the description and a small bathroom, heating that can be regulated ,Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, it turned out that we got only the kitchen and bathroom ,with sofa in the kitchen, on which we have to sleep ,which also creaked and had a hole in the middle, was very uncomfortable , no bedroom,no bed. We couldn’t regulate the hitting, it was very cold at night and this for more than 220+ euros per night. We asked for another apartments for us. They agreed with an additional payment from us. We had to move out with all our things by 9 in the morning and move into the other apartments only after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, despite the fact that it is their fault, as it turns out they lied to us by sending untrue photos and descriptions. We had to pay extra for the new apartments, the hotel and its employees not very interested in making people satisfied . This time we got a nice apartment with a comfortable bed , but it was so noisy there that you could hear every step and every word of people behind the wall and above you, the floor creaked as if someone was walking not behind the wall but on our floor. There was also mold in the corner of the bedroom. Very bad Wi-Fi, which most of the time did not work at all. Netflix didn’t work as well. On the last night, people behind the wall made a lot of noise until half past two in the morning, we couldn't sleep, it was very noisy, we left in the morning tired and sleepless. Also, you yourself have to take out the garbage that needs to be divided, but for which there are no containers outside, so we looked for garbages around the city. Also you have to unmake your bed .Things that saved our holidays was beautiful nature around and we had a good time skiing.

Nice, spacious appt, well equiped, solid and comfortable beds, clean big bathroom, nice mountain view, free parking just in front, terrace, 3 TVs etc.

Oldish and not very comfy sofa, no armchair to have a rest, poor accoustic isolation (and quite noisy neighbours until midnight).

be careful - you are not going to get what you see on photos.

Position of the hous eis in quet area.

We did not get the room which was presented on booking site. Pictures of the Astra appartments were misleading us to choose this property, the reality is completely different. the apartment is from 70's with the furniture from that period. sofa in living room was so unconfortable, position of TV is unbeleiable, refrigerator motor has a sound of bels when it stops cooling, that sound was awakening us many times during the night. Pilow was so thin, with no spear or additional and I am sorry I do not have photos of linnen, it is hard to describe it how poor it was. Towels - terrible (thin and old, very old). Light swithch in batrhroom is inside the bath!!! never seen this in my life.

Spacious with big round dining table. Nice bathrooms. Underground parking. Nice view from the windows. Quiet area just next to the bus stop. Nice modern looking design. Very comfortable beds.

I had to drive to the other side of town to collect the keys - there was nowhere to park for keys collection and the check in process was long - not what you need after very long travel. The apartment was missing clothes hooks or hangers to the level that there was nowhere to dry towels.

Value for money is not ok. Appartment is too small, on provided photos it looks much bigger. Not enought dishwashing liquid, soap and etc for a 7 night stay for a family.

There was no kettle but we boiled water on the stove so no problem. The pillows was really hard & uncomfortable. Otherwise perfect!
