Great hotel to stay in Miraflores. I will stay here again.

I am very happy with the stay in this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Very good value for the price.

The elevator was a little old but it did not bother me.

Wonderful place to stay, staff were really attentive and gave us a joining room for me and my mother when we returned for one night, which we were very happy about and was really thoughtful.Staff spoke great English and the breakfasts were lovely

the reception staff, Julio and Franci in particular, are really amazing. This and the location in Miraflores are the reasons for me to come back here every time I am in Lima.

The staff was very kind to upgrade my room upon arrival. That was nice. location is great, just 10-15 minutes walk from Larcomar and turístic bus stop. A lot of restaurants and bars around.

Perfect little spot

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was perfect for our stay. I think they were small apartments and then converted into a hotel room, so it was great to be able to have a small kitchen to prepare meals in. The hotel was in a great location and everything within the area was within a 15 minute walking distance.

I think the carpet in our room is due for replacing, but that was the only thing that I would find wrong with the room itself. Everything else was great.

Great apartment-style hotel in a good location with good value for your money!

This apartment style hotel was a little gem. The staff were amazing, starting from all the communications before we arrived, through when we missed our connecting flight and had to change our arrival date, and then throughout the entirety of our stay. The bedrooms had air-conditioning, and while there was a bit of a typical-to-Peru musty smell, everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious, the place is well situated within walking distance to Inka Market, and the little café/restaurant attached, although not part of the hotel, was cute and popular. In brief, if someone is looking for a big brand hotel experience with beautiful decorations, and fancy modern furniture, then this is not it. But for anyone who likes simple, local, and welcoming, we highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and would definitely come back.

great value for money in the heart of Lima

location was perfect - close to all the main things in Miraflores, short walk to restaurants/bars/shops. room was ok size, had room to open up the suitcases and everything was clean. breakfast was super tasty - freshly prepared to order eggs and fresh bread

nothing major but bed was on the smaller side, was a bit tight for 2 people and you could hear a bit of street noise
