Hotel Calhau

Gostei muito a atenção dos funcionários muito eficiente e um café da manhã Maravilhosa os funcionários são super anteciosos e gostei muito a localização do hotel por isso que já é minha 2 vez que venho aqui,a água do chuveiro é da pia funciona muito bem,e o ar condicionado tb.

Precisa de uma boa reforma nos quartos e no banheiro principalmente a troca dos vaso sanitário, e trocar a Deck da piscina que esta bem podre e vai acabar um quebrando uma das ripas e caindo nela,e não tem ventilação no elevador e nos corredores fica bem abafado poderia arrumar ,mais tirando isso é um lugar bom para se hospedar.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos.

Localização excelente, em frente a praia do Calhau. Funcionários cordiais.

O hotel precisa se modernizar. O café da manhã tbm precisa melhorar bastante. Reposição demorada, pouca variedade e baixa qualidade dos produtos. No geral, a experiência não condiz com o preço cobrado.

Hotel envelhecido precisando de cuidado e

A localização é muito boa.

Estive nesse hotel em 2019 e gostei muito. Mas parece que não houve manutenção depois disso. Um cheiro forte de mofo nos quartos e nos corredores. O 1o andar está especialmente afetado pelo mofo.

Não voltaria pra esse hotel!

Localização boa e roupa de cama cheirosa e limpa, trocada diariamente! Café da manhã sem condições, não sou de reclamar de alimentos, porém, além de pouca opção o pão totalmente seco, creio que de 3 a 4 dias (SECO MESMO) peça tapioca pra forrar o estômago, nem manteiga tinha no dia.

Cheiro de prédio antigo, as fotos do hotel não condiz com a realidade.

Ótimo custo-benefício e instalações

Quartos amplos e arejados, bem estilo praia. Comida do hotel muito gostosa. Hotel limpo, amplo. Vista (terraço) privilegiada para a praia

Quando chegamos, sentimos cheiro de mofo no quarto (no primeiro sia). Também há barulho externo (corredores e barraca na frente incomodaram). Café poderia ser mais variado durante a semana.

Location and Room size.

Old hotel, noisy, weak breakfast, just five tv channels, although the bed was a king size, the mattress was very old and defective.

Very good, great location

I stayed here before, and will continue to stay when I come to São Luis

The music in the pool should be Brazilian music. Not only they play old American songs, they repeat the same songs over and over again. A Brazilian hotel should play Brazilian music

Superb

It's a beachfront hotel just across a huge beach bar The open area on upper floor with pool and bar is excellent. It's a very good accommodation to stay in Sao Luis.

The room has no safe box but can be used a common in reception using a bag fitted with locker. The double lane avenue in front of the property gets very busy specially in the evening. Need to be very careful to cross the road. The breakfast room on ground floor is not big.

The breakfasts were fine.

The desk staff attempted to add days to the bill. The food staff was not responsive and was markedly homophobic. I don't recommend this hotel. It wasn't clean to start with and didn't get better.

Excellent Value, great location, helpful staff, good internet. Amazingly helpful front desk staff member ‘Dilmar’- thank you

While all staff set an example by wearing gloves and a mask in the Restaurant for breakfast, the owner of the hotel did not.
