By far the best hotel in the area - beautiful a setting but remote from other restaurants, bars etc.

The hotel is set in a beautiful setting but about 1km down a long drive and a 300 Baht taxi ride from town. Service was exceptional - friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was quite quiet when we stayed which made access to all the facilities easy.

The air conditioning whilst efficient was quite noisy - we turned it off at night - and really needs to be updated.

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Resort.

Breakfast was ok. The location was fantastic for a short stay with wonderful views. The swimming pools were very good although the large pool area was rather lacking in character. The highlight for us was eating in your Thai restaurant which has a lovely ambience and views. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is clearly some years old and whilst efforts have clearly been made to maintain its quality ( for example our bathroom had been recently refurbished) the air conditioning was not as effective as we expected and rather noisy. The daily room rate was the lowest we experienced in our 2 weeks in Thailand which covered a week in Bangkok and 5 days on Koh Chang

All marvellous location staff and value at Rayong Resort

Location was really excellent remotely located with marvellous views across the sea and adjacent coastline The beach also private to the hotel with none of the undesirables now living in Phuket by the thousands and also in Pattaya .

There was nothing at all to dislike although note that access may be a bit challenging in many places for anyone with compromised walking difficulties

The resort is great for picture taking. The area is quiet. The private beach area is clean and nice.

My first room did not have a good view. There was a big tree blocking it. The staff was kind enough to let me transfer on my second day. The breakfast was good. Enough assortment for both local and foreigners. The second location by the pool was better than the bigger area in a different location though.

The bathtub was too small.

Private location

Quiet location, bit out of the way if you want access to food or shop. Nice pool. Nice views.

Accomodation was expensive and food and drink nearly double other resorrs of similiar quality.

Exceptional- beautiful memories. My 11 year old got to do parasailing in Samet Island great custome

The staff were all extremely helpful, professional, friendly and a very happy group! Even with language barrier google translate came in very handy 😄

Was looking forward to access to an in house spa🙈 which seems no more.

This would not be for everyone but we liked it’s quirkiness and the fact it is quiet and beautiful

The hotel location is stunning. Views are amazing and our room was huge. Pool is good for the children. We like it’s quirkiness

Such a shame that such a stunning hotel is clearly not very popular as there were very few guests and a lot of the hotel is in disrepair.

Rayong Resort Hotel is one amazing resort, it has a million dollar view that is reasonably priced. it has a full bar and very well equipped kitchen for all you meals whatever you choose.

they only thing we didn’t really care for is the doors to the rooms a old fashioned key locks. there are no phones in the rooms and the cable tv and WiFi is somewhat limited.

Great Location

Nice location. Quite hidden. Fantastic views and a nice swimming pool. The rooms look like recently renovated. So all very good.

Actually all was great. The food in the restaurant is a bit pricey though.

Good for couples and families looking to relax

Staff were very nice Interior of hotel was good Food was great Quiet and private Clean Soft big beds

Pool too deep (3meter) Bathroom water temperature was either too hot or too cold. No warm/in-between Beachfront should be cleaned a bit Some kayaks or activities would of been nice Price a little bit high even though not many customers
