Las instalaciones en mal estado, la comida del bufet malo el mal olor habían ratones en el cuarto las alfombras del cuarto completamente sucias no había servio de lavandería

Buena ubicación, pero sin más…

La habitación es grande y la ubicación es buena. El café está bien. Y en calidad precio está bien

El personal no habla una sola palabra de otro idioma que no sea el suyo. Lo cual dificulta muchísimo desde poder solicitar un taxi, hasta pedir un café. Al check out nos comunicamos desde la habitación para pedir ayuda para bajar las maletas y la respuesta por teléfono fue “english no” y colgó la llamada. Eso habla también de la poca predisposición que tienen para intentar resolver nuestras inquietudes… El wifi directamente no funciona en todo el hotel.

Worst ever experience!

A poor hotel in a small lane. Don’t be fooled by the name—it is over 1 km away from the subway but still claims it is near Gangding metro station. Very dark everywhere. Poor quality breakfast. Worst story: I requested at booking for a non smoking room and received confirmation saying yes, but when I arrived I was told there was no nonsmoking room. They said the room had been treated to remove the odour but it was too smelly that I was not able to sleep. As I had a busy schedule the following day I had to leave my daughter in the room for a few hours, but in the afternoon she sent me a message saying that she had a sore throat because of the bad air quality in the room. I called the hotel asking for check out and told them the reason why we were not able to stay longer but we were still charged partially even though we didn’t stay for the second night.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful even though most of them didn't speak English.

Wifi didn't work great in the bedrooms. At reception the wifi was very good. Definitely need more breakfast options.

Perfect budget stay, slightly out of the way but comfortable all the same

The attached bar and restaurant (Mojito bar)

It’s a little bit far from the Canton Tower area to walk (about 1 hour walk)... the metro you need to change as well. If you have time though stay here as everything is pretty cool and the attached bar does good food and drinks.

Canton Fair Hotel

I came here for the Canton Fair and during the fair one girl was speaking English. She disappeared the last day.

Non English speaking front desk. Weird smell downstairs.
