Ótimo para crianças!

Da boa vontade da maioria dos funcionários em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. Especialmente do chef de cozinha Renato, que foi muito atencioso e preparou pratos ótimos de acordo com as alergias alimentares da minha filha. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, tem recreação, opções de lazer e uma praia tranquila na parte de trás do hotel. A limpeza e troca de toalhas é feita diariamente. Disponibilizam toalhas para praia e passeios.

Gostei de tudo. Para ficar ainda melhor poderiam climatizar ou aquecer a piscina.

Não vale o preço, fotos que não são reais.

o quarto era bom.

os garçons demoravam muito pra trazer a bebida no jantar , traziam quando já estava quase acabando é só queriam arrancar o prato quando vc estava comendo. pedimos um pouco mais de molho pro camarão o funcionário respondeu só se comprasse mais um camarão, mesmo assim continuaria faltando, pois não daria pra quantidade de camarão. Só tinha um garçom agradável, que nos trouxe mais molho sem ficar dizendo essas baboseiras. Sem contar que tinha poucas cadeiras e guarda sol próximo ao mar. E só a mulher tinha direito a sentar na cadeira que era mais confortável. Tinha um local onde não tinha nada nem piscina nem mar, lá tinha cadeiras de deitar com almofadas e guarda sol, não sei pra que se ninguém sentava lá, e essas melhores não podia levar pro mar. Também não tinha nem café nem chá, no quarto nada, nos outros hotéis sempre tem. E o pior de tudo foi que as fotos do local pareciam que era um lugar lindo, com grama bonita , mas nem grama tinha, totalmente diferente, puro ilusionismo. Se colocassem fotos reais certamente não me hospedaria ali. Era um pouco mais barato mas não vale a pena, porque sai elas por elas, antes teria pego todas diárias no Grand Oca, onde os funcionários são agradáveis e as Fotos não são fakes. Totalmente decepcionada com esse local. Não vale o preço , pois não foi barato pra isso. Deveria ser bonito como nas fotos e nem grama tinha, Deveriam fazer aulas de jardinagem .

Uma hospedagem que dá vontade de ficar mais tempo.

Gostei da equipe que nos atendeu durante os dias que ficamos hospedados. O hotel oferece uma piscina maravilhosa de água sempre quente, um bar molhado, muitas opções de diversão para adultos e crianças.

Apesar da variedade, a comida do restaurante poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Perfect holiday in Maragogi

We had an amazing holiday! The hotel's pool is amazing! There is a bar that you can enjoy your drink siting in a stool inside the pool. There are different activities every day, both for adults and kids. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas right in front of the beach so it's easy to enjoy it with a good structure in place. The food (breakfast and dinner) are AMAZING! Lots of options and the fresh made tapioca during breakfast is a blast. Room was very comfortable and AC was silent. Perfect to rest and recharge. The hotel is filled with flowers, game areas, music, delicious drinks. I'd go back there again for sure.

I can't think of anything. We had an amazing experience and I will always remember this wonderful holiday.

It's a simple, hotel but

The food was great, the environment was humble but very friendly and the staff was super friendly.

I had a problem on the air conditioner, but the hotel did offer us to move to a better room. We preferred to wait for the AC to be fixed. They fixed and it broke one more time. The drinks were also very expensive making it worthy to buy drinks outside. I'm sure they would make more money if prices were more reasonable.

Nice stay

Nice and tasty breakfast and Dinner included. The hotel is lovely, just in front of the beach and very near to Barra Grande and Antunes beaches. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

There are just a few sunbeds/parasols, not enough for the amount of guests they have. I had to try for three days to get a place where to seat, and just got one because went to talk to the manager. They don’t have clear rules about the usage of the sunbeds, so people would just go there in the morning, leave some towels on the chairs to “save” their place and go do whatever else they want. Most of the time there was no people there just the towels, and we could not use it. Very bad managed this area.

Exceptional

The hotel is very nice for families. My daughter enjoyed a lot the swimming pool area, the playground and the beach in front of the hotel. The restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend.

Excellent ubication, nice beach, nice swimming pools, the staff is wide and very helpful, plenty of activities in the hotel, the meals are great (breakfast and dinner). Nothing to complaint.

Noone in the hotel speaks English or Spanish. It is dificult to get any information, people do not even try to help, especially the ladies in the reception.

Decepção

The only highlight of the stay, is the beach, which is in my opinion the most beautiful between São José da Coroa Grande and Maragogi. Prettier than Antunes! The color is a kind of baby blue amazing to look at and the water temperature is warm. You can sit near the sea by the shade of a beach umbrella, on chairs or recliners, and order drinks and snacks that the waiters will bring to you while you're lounging.

Very disappointed. I booked a "luxury" room with a side view of the sea, but to be able to see the sea I practically had to lean out on the balcony! I could only see coconut trees when I stepped out onto the porch and they obstructed most part of the sea view. The dinner buffet was tasteless. If you are hoping to find some quality seafood considering you're in a coastal city, go somewhere else. When there were seafood dishes they were badly seasoned and quite unpleasant to eat. If I could have booked the room without the dinner, I might have had a better experience. Acceptable breakfast, but worse than several inns and hotels I've been to in the northeast. The people who clean the rooms don't wear masks, even if throughout the hotel you see signs that mandate the use of those inside the closed spaces.
