El paisaje

Los baños súper incómodos y pequeños , el techo de las habitaciones se veía deteriorado y la comida muy regular , la carta de la comida muy regular , el desayuno buffet , con muy pocas opciones … no parece un hotel

Todo Que magnífico lugar , de verdad de ensueño , el personal súper atento Viviana, Carlos , Cesar , la habitación hermosa y la comida wow deliciosa

Excelente. Inmejorable.

Desde el momento de llegar impresiona el edificio Hacienda que funciona de hotel. Tanto en la prolijidad como en el excelente mantenimiento. Al momento de hacer el check-in el señor Johnatan ofrece un servicio muy personalizado y amable brindando consejos y sugerencias muy pertinentes. La habitación si bien era de las más básicas era mejor de lo que esperaba, tanto en tamaño, como en prestaciones y hasta en la vista por la ventana. El servicio de Restaurante ha sido de los mejores en nuestra estadía en Colombia, tanto en la comida como en el trato del personal. Fue muy cómodo el hecho de cancelar todos los gastos al finalizar la estadía. El horario de la piscina y de los hidromasajes es muy extenso lo que permite un mejor disfute. El tour del café fue el mejor de los que hicimos en Colombia. Fue muy auténtico, real y sin careteo actuado exagerado.

Por error nuestro no compramos café en la Hacienda porque se nos dijo que en nuestro próximo destino (Cartagena) tenían una tienda en dónde vendían lo que nos permitiría no cargarlo en el equipaje. Al llegar a Cartagena no tenían oferta del café en grano en la sede por lo que nos quedamos con la ganas de comprar el excelente café probado durante la estadía y en el tour.

Un descanso agradable

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar, la Comida y la atención del restaurante excelente. Es pequeño pero acogedor.

Ciertos espacios con acabados y materiales deterioradas, pendientes de mantenimiento y/o renovacion, es un espacio agradable y no concuerdan. (Ejm cortina baños, puertas que cierra. Con dificultad, rejillas baños públicos, plantas sin mtto) La ubicación está mal creada en booking, nos demoramos 2,5hen llegar y vivimos a 40min del hotel.

Lugar impresionante para descansar, desconectar y comer bien.

La hacienda es impresionantemente bonita. La zona del comedor es muy agradable y la comida que preparan en el restaurante es increíble (y muy abundante). El desayuno es muy completo y está muy bueno. Las habitaciones son correctas, el tipo de habitación que puedes esperar en un alojamiento de este tipo (baño pequeño, ventanas de madera…). Cuenta con zonas de descanso con sofás y hamacas con vistas muy bonitas en las que resulta muy agradable pasar tiempo. El personal es muy amable, pendiente en todo momento de que no te falte de nada. Recomiendo mucho el tour de café.

Estuvo bien!

Las instalaciones son lindas. El personal de servicio es muy querido. Me encantó q es un hotel petfriendly. La comida es muy buena.

Las ventanas del hotel deberían tener mallas de protección, no todos las mascotas son perros, algunos son gatos de interior. La piscina debería ser climatizada, como el jacuzzi, en mi instancia el agua estaba helada por el clima, los niños no pudieron disfrutarla. Música, el dueño no permite colocar algo de música... Si bien es cierto el sonido de los pájaros es hermoso, pero ambientar el restaurante y piscina a un desivel moderado no cae mal. Ampliar el menú, entendiendo q tienen un buen chef.

Mixed feelings

A place with great potential, fantastic coffee tour with a guide, very informative, interesting for young and adult, with lots of cool activities; nice swimming pool

The massage is a joke, although cheap it is a rip-off service 3 sunbeds and 2 chairs around the swimming pool The hotel currently undergoes renovation, of which we were not informed ahead: if you just plan to sleep there or to make the coffee tour great, if you plan to rest or sleep until 8am- impossible, as the heavy noise is from dawn till dusk

Very good

Overall really nice. Restaurant and the staff are amazing, also super helpful with our special needs with a baby. Very good value for money.

Rooms are a bit old, we stayed as a group in 4 different which were either very dark or very noisy or very humid. The receptionist with square glasses is quite unfriendly, but the rest of staff is amazing.

Authentic coffee plantation stay and experience with fantastic staff

An authentic coffee plantation Hacienda owned by the same family for over 100 years. Amazing staff that stop at nothing to ensure you have a perfect stay. Good food, excellent margaritas, and a fun coffee tour experience that’s great for children as well. A special thanks to Jonathan, Oscar, Juan José, and Mauricio, for making our visit memorable.

the bed is very big and comfortable, the swimming pool has a nice view, the hotel style is cozy, the included breakfast is plenty and good. In addition, the personal was very kind and cooperative when we want to change the dates of our reservation and the room.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant and nice swimming pool

The room was clean. There was a mosquito net in the window (not all hotels have that and it is very useful). The staff speaks English and is very friendly. They can order a taxi or tour for you if you need it. The hotel surrounding is very beautiful. There are avocado and orange trees, and coffee bushes around. You can observe hummingbirds and other colorful birds, etc. The swimming pool is a bit cold but is big and swimming surrounded by beautiful nature is very relaxing. There are also a jacuzzi and sauna but it needs to be booked in advance (there is high demand so we were able to book it just twice during 4 days stay). The hotel offers also massages for an additional fee. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The water in the bathroom was cold in the evenings. At some point, there was no water available for an hour or so. To get to the hotel you need to drive on the field road. It gets very muddy after the rain. There is a weak noise coming probably from the street nearby that can be heard all the time. It did not bother me but it bothered my partner a lot. He could not relax.

Superb

The Hacienda and the views are beautiful. Staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is so nice. Coffee tour is very worthy. Very close to Armenia El Eden airport.

Coffee tour and birds.

THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP, BE CAREFUL. It was our worst experience in Colombia in almost 4 weeks. They are trying to cheat you on airport transfer prices (we got transport from Armenia 3x cheaper), apply tips to your bill you are not aware of, there was a scorpion in our room, no power reachable power outlets, room was tiny and dark. It had 2 windows without courtains - one to the patio where people sit and talk, other one to the corridor where people walk. We could hear every noise from the patio, corridor and other rooms. There was no warm water in our room, even though they said there should be. The hotel is situated far from any shops or restaurants, so you must eat in their restaurant which prices don't meet the quality. The breakfast is free, but made of cheapest ingredients, and always the same. It's a coffee farm, but the coffee for breakfast is awful, for coffee from a coffee machine you have to pay extra. Cherry on the top is the noise, you can hear the trucks on the main road or bikes on the dirt road near the hotel. 2 positive things: the birds and the coffee tour with Maurizio. Please avoid this accomodation at any cost.
