Only there for couple nights, single room and single bed bit compact, better off as a storage room, clean, towels could

very disappointing. request refund

room had noisy water pipes. couldn’t sleep at all. no other rooms to switch to. property knew about noise. absolutely disgraceful

Fantastic

Booked what I fort was a small double room, but is was bigger then I fort. Food was good breakfast and dinner was lovely, even tried hags.

Was no pool table lol.

lovely little hotel for a nights stay over on the way home from Edinburgh. the staff were super friendly and accommodating and the dogs loved it. the room had everything we needed and was great for the price. super easy check out as well, many thanks

Basic Hotel Accommodation

The locatiion was convenient for us and the staff were excellent and severed us well. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

The room was very basic and needed some maintenance, It was not an ensuite room which I had booked. The bathroom was along the corridor and also needed some maintenance to the plumbing on the sink.

Well equipped rooms but noisy at night...

The beds were decent, had good facilities, kettle, coffee milk etc, and hand soap, very nice breakfast, staff where excellent.

A lot of noise at night, a loud whirring fan like noise going on and off throughout the night making for a poor night sleep.

Disappointing compared with previous stay

Having stayed at Graham Arms before, it was disappointiong that the standard of Room 8 did not match our previous stay . Although it said a private bathroom, that was along the corridor . One of the bed had a large box at its head , which crampted the sleeping position for one of the guests .

Bedroom awful, public rooms and food okay

The public areas have been done up and the food was of a good quality for dinner and breakfast. Luckily we were attending a wedding reception nearby and only had to spend minimal time in the room.

The room standard was well below any acceptable level and not that cheap either. Smelly carpet and falling apart white plywood furniture, mis-matched beds. There was no en-suite but they said a personal bathroom was available to us down the hall! They blamed Booking.Com for not making that clear. We asked for any other room and were willing to pay extra but were told it was absolutely full, which turned out to be inaccurate as the person checking us out said that there were rooms available.

Nice bedroom coffee and tea making facilities no biscuits - bed comfortable and bathroom good - staff friendly and pet friendly- on busy a road but didn’t disturb sleep - free parking around

Pleasant down to earth staff Homely food served very well Great stay over between Yorkshire and Ayr

Room bit stifling as window was restricted on opening as pigeons roosting on the window sill. No parking but did manage to find a space around the corner.
