Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (bei uns eine Nacht) OK

Lage war für uns direkt im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen was man auch allgemein erkennen kann. Zimmer für eine Nacht war OK. Frühstück haben wir bekommen muss aber extra bezahlt werden Frühstück war OK

Wie schon oben geschrieben ist der Allgemeinzustand des Hotel nicht der Beste.

Korsvirkeshus i centrum av vackra Bacharach. Inte så hög standard, men rent och bra.

Perfekt läge i korsvirkeshus mitt i den vackra orten. Genuin frukostmatsal. Stort och bra rum med fint badrum.

Frukosten levde inte upp till prisnivån. Hotellet är lite slitet, men ändå fräscht.

A good place to stay.

Great location and wonderful BIG room

Breakfast choices were more limited than other hotels I'd stayed. Breads were not fresh from the baker, a few doors away. There was no shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap.

Bacharah is a nice twon and this was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good. The hostess was wonderful.

Our stay here was great. We had a balcony room and the view was so nice, we enjoyed spending time in the evening on the balcony. Breakfast in the morning was great and overall was a great value. Host was communicative and so kind and helpful. Great hotel in a beautiful city.

Very comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a generous buffet and cheese, breads, cold meats, eggs and cereals. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommended if you do not mind narrow stairs.

Friendly staff, great location on the Main Street, comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained room, good buffet breakfast. Balcony was a highlight.

Twisting, narrow stairs make this hotel inappropriate for people with mobility limitations.

A clean and spacious room with a delightful hotelier in a wonderful old town on the Rhine.

The location was central to everything and the breakfast was very nice. Although there was no hot food, there was meat cheese and boiled eggs to accompany cereal and fresh bread and buns. And the coffee was the best in town!

The only thing that we didn't like was the stairwell to the rooms. The treads were narrower one side which was a bit hazardous.

A really good value hotel Bacharach that is well worth staying at when touring the Rhine!

The hotel is in an excellent position near to the main centre. The hostess was one of the best we have ever encountered. Helpful, attentive and always pleasant - and spoke good English too. The rooms were plain, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had a top floor room with a balcony - OK it was a bit of a climb to the room with no lift and that might be difficult for some - but we knew that at the time of booking (it is a classic, traditional German hotel) but well worth the effort. It is nice to sit outside late in the evening. The breakfasts were good - and plenty of it for those who wanted it - the hostess (Ute) always checking to see all guests had enough. We would have preferred a bit more variety, perhaps with some hot choices (bacon, scrambled egg, sausages?). It wasn't a major issue. I must add that I thought the whole stay was really good value for money!

Apart from the suggestions above - nothing. It is a really good, small hotel and would readily recommend to people visiting the lovely town of Bacharach

Very nice stay

Friendly and helpful staff. I think the lady is the owner or manager. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the train station, steps from the town center. The included breakfast was really good. Variety of good quality food and nice dining room setting. Very happy with the stay.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Just FYI in case that is important to you.

Very close to the railways and no airco in the room, meaning a lot of noise if you want to open the windows. All night long!

Lovely Place

Amazing Location! Lovely Manager and very helpful!

The cleaning Staff knocked on our door 15 min before check out to tell us to hurry because they wanted to clean.

room was large and of good quality

We are not the best couple at 69 years of age, to have to walk up 3/4 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast coffee was not very good.

Recommended

Friendly lady hostess. Great old-timey German atmosphere at an excellent location. Breakfast was simple but had all the things we wanted and the quality of food was on par or better than that of chain hotels.

The stairs were a surprise. Neighbors could be heard talking clearly, although they went to bed early.
