Tutto. Lo stile delle sale e delle camere, un mix tra orientale e moderno, molto belle. Il personale impeccabile, ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso e subito disponibile a supportare ogni richiesta. Il cibo delizioso sia per colazione che per cena. L’aperitivo è preparato davvero molto bene. Se andate a Villasimius, soggiornare all’Hotel Su Sergenti darà il valore aggiunto alla vostra vacanza.

We loved this hotel and its location to the beautiful beach and town. Perfect!

The hotel, especially the lounge areas were beautiful and stylish. The staff were so friendly and helpful with all our needs. The room was comfortable with a lovely terrace and view. The standard of cleaning was excellent. The restaurant food was exceptional.

The people were friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of continental and English breakfast with a very nice choice of some local products. Only one little thing the coffee machine coffee/capuccino/latte etc should be warmer the coffee was tepid, otherwise everything was superb.

Overall we had a lovely stay and the location was great.

The pool area was clean and had a nice outdoor space

The room was a bit small and bathroom a bit cramped. There could also be a bit more variety of breakfast each day.

Loved staying here was a perfect short break, the beach and sea was great.

The beach was within a mile walking distance and the town/village was less than half a mile. We were very surprised at how busy the village was at night, street entertainers and every restaurant full, but you felt very safe.

There was no service in the day, as in you could ask for a coffee but no lunch at all and no bar until 4pm. Also the menu was a little plain, plenty of pasta, but not much else.

Great cleanliness for entire hotel, comfortable bed, nice pool and good enough breakfast with helpful staffs - what else do you need for a holiday?

Sometimes it was difficult to tell things in English, yet staffs were very helpful. It’s a little distance to the beach than we thought, using public shuttle bus still require(and certain types of) masks which wasn’t informed at the hotel - that was the only issue for us in our days with a little kid.

A wonderful base for anyone looking to experience the best of villasimius

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided a fan for me immediately when my AC unit wasn’t working, and helped me book bus tickets.

A small selection of snacks would be nice for when you spend time at the pool, and I also felt the cost of a bed at the private beach was way too high considering you’re already paying to stay at the hotel - it should at least be discounted.

Exceptional service

We loved our stay here. The ocationis the best. It is a 15 20 min stroll to beach, we had a car but thankfully chose not to drive to beach, the car parking was full! Our flight was delayed from Puglia so we missed connecting flight. We arrived at hotel 130 am, Massimo was waiting for us, very kind man. The first morning we woke to be told air con was going to be replaced, it was a little early for us with very little sleep however we said ok, we were then given breakfast for in our room, sadly the new air con didn't work so they put a portable one in, sort of did the job but 33 degrees outside made it still very hot in room. We were so compensated for this which we didn't expect, a beautiful free dinner last night the food was sensational some of the best we had eaten in Italy. Leticia in bar speaks very good English and an absolute delight. Drinks on the beautiful terrace were lovely. The hotel is very calm atmosphere, all staff are amazing. Make sure you book day bed on beach upon arrival it fills up very quick. Carpark is 50 metres from hotel, easy to find and secure. Main shopping restaurants walking distance.not sure if it was just the time we went but people line up no bookings for most restaurants unless 5 star. Beautiful stay overall and highly recommend hotel. Upon check out they didn't charge us for day bed due to air con issues, now that is what you call service. Do go you will love it.

All very lovely but price/value (again, beach was in top from 40-50 Eur) not justified (at least price via booking)

Good place to explore Villasimius

Room was nice and comfortable the lounge area is cozy and the staff is friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and the center of Villasimius is in walking distance. Overall great experience.

I would not call the rooms boutique. The room was fine but basic and the low value for money. Air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly and took forever to cool down the room.

The pool wasn’t working in the evening (we want to sit next to the lighten pool. The rooms are next to the main road so if you like to sleep with open window the noise might wake you up. (The Italy lives in the night) :D

Nice hotel in Villasimius Sardegna, at walking distance to the beach and city center. Giulia at reception is very helpful and provides support to any request.

The breakfast was great with a good selection. The pool was a good place to cool down after a day out in summer. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Also, the dinner at hotel restaurant was tasty with good vibe, but better to make a booking because of limited tables. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
