Overpriced 2 star hotel.Dont distract with photos

Except location nothing is good in the hotel

Pathetic stay

Pathetic experience. Never expected such pathetic service and facilities, cleaning, food options, and rooms were not upto mark as RAMADA should be.

Didnt like it much, too many wrong things with this place.

just likes the view from our room in the evening n night. Room was clean and was of expected size.

Gym was bad, swiming pool was dirty, electricity was gone for 5-6 hours and was coming n going for the rest of the time period. Food was okayish but tables were dirty and random cutlary was on the table just spread out all across. Got stuck in the elevator once and One day I was asked to use the stairs to climb from Ground to 6th floor.

Приветливый персонал, удобства. Хороший завтрак, шведский стол В целом хорошая кухня в ресторане, приемлимые цены. Все время питались в отеле, очень вкусно

Poor pool maintenance and room services. Lack of staff on duty due to which the services were slow. Didn't expected such services from a brand name like Ramada.

Sorry but it is one of the worst experience ...

Untrained staff,poor room conditions, very poor quality of food... Senior Manager from Ramada should visit this franchise.. this hotel is mutilating your IMAGE.

Good.

We were three, me, my spouse and our child of 12 years. We had to checkout early before breakfast. The hotel did pack for us breakfast consisting of cold items such as sandwiches, muffins, bananas etc. which is appreciable.

We were three, me, my spouse and our child of 12 years. However, the towels, glasses for water and cups for tea / coffee were kept only for two. We had booked room including breakfast. We had to checkout early before breakfast. However, the hotel refused to serve use tea on complimentary basis though we had to skip our breakfast due to early checkout. Further, there was a lot of confusion with getting GST Invoice in the name and address of the company. At last before moving out of hotel, we took a photograph at the lobby. Despite the hotel staff observing the same, did not put on lights for the photograph to come brighter and clearer.

Will never recommend to anyone. No value for money. Not maintained 4 star decorum

Only location of the property

Staff shortage no bell boy when we checked in Staff was chewing gum at the reception and was full of attitude No water in taps In room dining half of the menu wasnt available Some conference was there. Members were loitering in lifts and floor areas unnesseasry disturbing everyone else No 4 star decorum maintained. All money wasted

please do not spoil the name of such a luxury hotel Chain.

the only thing about the property is not property bt the receptionist, Her name was Neha, she was very helping kind and enthusiastic about her job.

It was like a ordinary property. It has no feel like other Ramada properties. service was very poor, the rooms literally need renovation, the pool was not clean, fortunately it was raining outside during my stay and unfortunately the water was leaking from the window.
