Nice family stay, quiet and so charming

We had a wonderful stay at Josefina! The family that takes care are super nice and helpful. We stayed in a very nice room, with the window faced the beautiful garden that they take care. It is a nice and quiet area, away from the super busy downtown but close enough to reach by metro in just a few stops. Totally worth it! We would def come back, excellent value for money!

- the room was nice and big, clean - the apartament was near the metro and tram stops. Approximately 7min by walk. Good connection to the city center. -the receptionist was kind -there was not noise from the outside -the bed was really big and comfortable

- the heating was not working, it was cold in the evening and in the morning too. One night only about 10pm it was working but till the morning it was again cold. In closet was extra blanket and quilts so we had to use it during the night and put some extra clothes on too. We stayed in December in this apartament, so outside was really cold weather. Unfortunately me and my friend got sick. - the room doesnt include the microwave oven, kettle, and dishes as it was stated in description, but it wasnt a problem for us at all. We used the kettle in the shared kitchen. - the main lighting was not working, but there was 3 or 4 little lamps - the bathroom doesnt include shampoo and shower gel, but we took some with us.

In general we had a nice stay at villa josefina; Spacious room, calm neighberhood, parking spot available, metro station around 8 mins close They organize the room and clean the bathroom every day

The host is very friendly but sometimes we had some miscommunications due to language barriers Locaction is suitable if you have a car otherwise its a bit far from the center

This is an older, multistory property in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are three parking spaces in the front yard behind a gate. We chose it because of its close proximity to the Unicare Clinic where we had appointments. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Although there is a rail line opposite the house and our room faced that way, the window insulation was good and we could hardly hear any noise.

Although the property is a 10 minute walk from a metro station and main street, the "villa" has no restaurant and there is no restaurant in less than a 15 minute walk away.

very nice and quiet place. the owner is very helpful. The room is quite big with nice bathroom. Beds are comfortable. First 2 breakfasts were ok but on the last day breakfast wasn't prepared for us like 2 days before. Probably because the person who had a shift didn't know what to do. Generally except the last day breakfast our stay was perfect. I highly recommend the place, which is close to the underground and city centre.

Room was very pleasant and the bed extremely comfortable.

In the summer the trains might bother you as the tracks are only 50m away. There isn’t an body/hair wash in the shower.

Easy access to the subway and after that just a few stops to reach the city center. They gave us a smaller room, but also corrected the price accordingly. We wouldn't have needed a bigger room, the space was enough. We parked our car in the courtyard (parking space was pretty small)

Small breakfast variety, maybe add more vegetables. There are no bug nets at the windows, so we had a few bugs in the room because we wanted the windows open (there was no AC).

The hosts were very polite and helpful. gave us suggestions where to eat. Beautiful garden, secure parking.

Be careful , when returning late from the city at night, prefer the metro. one of the trams line leads at the oppside side of the railway near by and you have to pass through a forest.

I liked the room, it was pretty big. And that it had a balcony. And the breakfast was appreciated. It was a nice location in a area with villas.

If it had been any air condition, then it had been a 10 points establishment.

Great place to stay.

Quiet area, charming hotel, personal service from owner, nice breakfast, location was excellent if you would like to be away from city center, near underground and streetcar lines, good value.

Could not use WIFI (not a big problem), TV programming was limited (also not a big problem).

Vila Josefina is a place which deserves to be visit if you seek for calm, secure, comfortable and many convenient house. Great location, friendly hosts, clean rooms, good breakfast and of course opportunity for parking. In short - excellent choice!

Vila Josefina :)

We loved the service, the beautiful vila covered in fairytale vines surrounded by flowers, the clean spacious room and of course the we loved the cute and fluffy dog that would sit with you for breakfast. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and were already planning our stay there next year :)

Our stay was pretty much spot on except the shower in our room was a bit inconsistent and was hard to manage the temperature.

Vila Josefina is the place to recover after exploring miles of Prague's wonders.

Warm and friendly host greeted us when we arrived. The rooms both had a terrific view of all the natural green space around the outer area of Prague. Our room had a really awesome upstairs reading room. The Pension was very close to a shopping area ~ 5 min walk. Likewise the underground and train were less than 10 minutes away.

Highly recommended

Amazing hospitality, lovely room, nice breakfast and it was pet friendly too! A quiet location just outside the centre. Only a short walk to catch the metro into the centre and they're very regular.. plus only a few stops out. Having parking was a huge plus for us. Next time we visit Prague, We'll definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay

The location is perfect, both for Prague centre and the airport. House itself is peaceful, quiet and feels like home, hosts are friendly and helpful. I had everything I needed.

This is not a party house ( which personally I loved ) if that’s what you are looking for, go somewhere else 😉

location great - near tram and metro stops

no soap/shower gel in shower; radiator seemed to be shut off at night; no bathmat - had to use hand towel to stand on; breakfast variety was ok but boiled egg was old and “off.”

The owners are very pleasant, responsive, and friendly. The location is in a park-like area, public transport "around the corner", the city center reachable in 20 minutes.
