Expensive for what it is.

Location.

Me and my wife were in the room called Myrtille (blueberry) that was outside the main building. For that price (near to €100/night) I was expecting better. The room was old looking. The bed had two single duvet rather than one double for a double bed. No coffee not tea and there was not even a kettle. The TV was super small and super far. The temperature of the room was impossible to control. The soap dispensers were not working properly. No mini fridge. The automatic light going to the street was going on and off all the time. The pictures on booking were a massive contrast to what we got.

They have to change their behaviors

The location is good and the room is wide and comfortable!

The staff. When I got there the woman was more worried about the clientes of the restaurant and let me talking alone! Then came a man that guided me to my room, but he even didn’t help me with the luggage in the stairs! I thought them very impolite.

Everything. The worst part was that the hosts were too busy with their restaurant business - not much time to help guest with depositing of luggage and the subsequent check-in process. Frankly the checkin should not be done within the restaurant premises - we were queuing behind a long line of restaurant customers.

The location was perfect, the style of this vintage local building was amazing.

Not all the staffs were smiling, checkout is on 10:30!

it was a good place to stay and explore the old town.

it was centrally located in the town and parking was available on site. the room was clean and comfortable. they also had a good restaurant

Overpriced in the summer, just like everywhere else. The rooms could do with a little freshening up too (new carpets, curtains, sofa and bed linen).

Be prepared for some noise in the room.

A very nice town. The hotel is situated right in the centre of the town.

One should be prepared for noise as the rooms are situated right above the restaurant which relies very much on outdoor service.

Superb

Nice hotel in the center of Ribeauvillé. Nice view to the castles. We felt like in a museum. Free parking lot (Streng) available in 100 m distance.

Very good

Charming old house, cool in the summer heat, decent breakfast, very friendly staff

Toilet downstairs from bedroom without even a sink, so you have to go back upstairs to wash your hands. No soap, very small bathroom. Windows directly to the parking with other guests starting motorcycle maintainance very early in the morning. Breakfast tasty, but not buffet.

we liked it very much! it is an authentic place in a very beautiful village in amazing area, nice room good food and a very nice family is managing the hotel and restaurant 😊

Great located quiet room

Nice big room, plenty of bedding. It was quiet and hotel/ restaurant staff were friendly The restaurant itself was nice, onion soup was super. Staff were a little overworked I think. Lovely location

It seems that expensive, also considering there's no breakfast or parking included. But otherwise it was nice

Very weak wi-fi. The sounds of the neighbors' bathroom are very audible.

Great experience in a typical house

We booked this hotel several years in a row and we keep on coming back. There's a good reason for it: the house and location are great, and the restaurant is also good value for money. The rooms in the main house are well furbished when you consider they're in a medieval house. Overall very happy, and I know we'll be back. The way the house is decorated and illuminated for Christmas alone is worth it.

For the first time, we had dinner not in the main 'cellar' but in another room - this location was unlike the cellar where the ambiance adds a lot to the overall experience, so a slight disappointment here. Next time, I'll specifically request a table in the main room.

Charming and well located hotel

The location is wonderful, central and quiet. My room (rather spacious) was on the top floor and had nice traditional details, and I could see the vines from my window. Very cozy.

Nice place in the middle of a charming town

We have visited the restaurant years ago, and found the place very charming. The rooms were fine, and the surroundings beautiful.

It was very hot in the room during the night (august), and no air condition.
