Unterkunft wird absolut nicht empfohlen.

Einfacher Check-In Gute Lage

Dreckig und schlecht gereinigt. Überall Staub und Haare. Extrem laut. Die Fenster sind extrem schlecht man hört einfach alles und kann kaum schlafen. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl.

Der erste Eindruck täuscht manchmal..

Top Lage, wie viele schon erwähnt haben. Der erste Eindruck des Appartements war gut und modern eingerichtet. Bei genauerem Hinschauen zeigten sich jedoch diverse Mängel.. Bequeme Betten, nicht zu weich, kaum Außengeräusche wahrzunehmen. Die Küche war mit genügend Utensilien ausgestattet. Gute Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit dem Betreiber.

Beim genaueren Hinschauen zeigten sich einige Mängel, insbesondere in den Bädern: Seifenspender im Bad rostig, so etwas ist einfach unnötig und kann man für kleines Geld ersetzen. Die Böden im Bad waren in den Ecken nicht sauber. Glühbirnen an den Badspiegeln waren kaputt und eine große Leuchte ebenso. Abgebrochene Fliesen und es tropfte in einem der Bäder von der Decke. Auch hier offensichtlich kein neuer Schaden! Bei Herausnahme des Geschirr aus den Schränken fiel auf, dass Rückstände vorhanden waren. Auch das ist abwendbar, wenn bei der Reinigung des Appartements ein Blick in die Schränke gemacht wird. Die Bäder könnten grundsätzlich eine Renovierung vertragen. Schlechtes WLAN. Sehr schade einfach! Viele Mängel wären abwendbar, wenn auf Details geachtet würde. Die tropfende Decke habe ich übrigens mit Foto an den Betreiber gemeldet, leider ohne Reaktion. Da wir am nächsten Tag abgereist sind, haben wir uns auch nicht weiter darum gekümmert.

Excellent location and facilities with responsive staff

Excellent location around the corner from a beautiful square and just 9 mins easy walk to the Old Town. Supermarket a few steps away. The square and surrounds were full of shops, fountains, statues and beautiful architecture. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped with excellent air conditioning which we definitely needed in 46C! Too hot for the roof terrace but it’s available and spacious. Comfortable beds, each bedroom has a bathroom, one is en-suite. Kitchen well equipped with thoughtful additions such as oil, vinegar, tea, coffee pods, salt etc. A safe and secure base from which to explore Cordoba. 16 mins flat walk from Ave station.

The iron cord had bare wires which was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the reception staff but the replacement iron also had bare wires in the cord.

Muy buena estancia

Edificio nuevo. El apartamento muy comodo y decoración muy actual. También la ubicación perfecta. Una gran terraza. Amenities en la cocina y baños. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño.

La terraza esta en planta superior y las escaleras de caracol para acceder son casi imposibles. Faltaba algo de vajilla y uno de los dormitorios tenía algo de olor a humedad o cerrado, no sabemos si por el baño o el armario empotrado.

Great apartments in a great location!

The apartments were well stocked, and had everything you need for a great stay. The location is also really good, very close to the center but still able to drive up (and park, should you need to/be willing to pay). We had the apartments with the terrace and they were great!! Very large and with a nice table.

The spiral staircase for the terrace was a bit narrow. The parking offered was expensive (we didn't use it so can't say if it was good or not).

Nothing. very outdated.

Was aweful, very uncomfortable beds, washing machine did not work even though it was in the apt pictures. Did not have even toilet paper. Will not recommend at all.

Pleasant

The location is excellent, and the staff kindly looked after our suitcases until they were ready to check us in. The apartment was really roomy, with 2 bathrooms and plenty of floor space. The cot was ready when we arrived with plenty of bedding. Inside the apartment was clean and the beds were hard (Spanish style) but still OK to sleep on. The building is lovely and there is a lift. I wouldn't stay again due to issues with security and hot water.

Security - the windows that open onto the corridor don't lock at all and open from the outside. We travelled with small children and this made us very uncomfortable. We raised it with the staff and were told it was an installation issue and there's nothing they can do. We had to install a monitor and sleep with it on full volume for peace of mind. Hot water was very unreliable. We stayed for 2 night and 2 days and only managed one hot shower! We raised it with staff but to no avail. We had to use the kettle to fill the bath for the kids. Terrace was nice, but there was a bowl of cigarettes and ashes that hadn't been cleaned up.

Maria was a wonderful and considerate attendant. Coming and goibg was a breeze. we loved it.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet and with a terrace. also had a kitchen and laundry room.A real bargain. Two bedrooms and two baths, better than expected. A great surprise, they have ancient Roman ruins in the building.

doomed stay in Cordoba

Nice location right in downtown Cordoba. Large and comfortable flat with two bedrooms and a roof top terrace. Furniture is not brand new and pretty basic but good for one night stop over.

We had avery bad experience. AC was not working (36°C in Cordoba at 8 PM). I asked for assistance but I received only phone instructions how to debug the apparatus. The procedure did not work and I was promised further information but I received no other news. On top of that, when the following morning I complained with the host I got scolded because they made a thorough survey and everything was perfectly in order and I was the only one to blame and this will probably be again the answer of the host to the present review. Leaving apart the fact that I am 62 and I travelled the 5 continents for business and leisure, my question is: ok I am the idiot who could not properly start an AC device (do you need a procedure to do that?). Does this justify the host not to show up personally and leave me in trouble at 7 pm for the rest of the night? In the end AC is a small problem but what if a major trouble occurred?

Affordable, good location but need to spend more time in cleaning

It was very easy to collect keys, very good location, quiet and safe. Parking nearby and all required amenities in the house for a family stay

The house was not as clean as expected specially in the bathrooms. In the kitchen some of the cooking tools were dirty.
