Comfortable, cozy, great location, friendly staff.

Great location in the center of town. Historical city a short walk away; shops right next door; easy parking facilities. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner can be taken right downstairs.

Good price and good stay

My family was staying for one night after visiting Mont Saint Michel, but the place was fine and good. I checked in later than midnight but no problem due to their guideline. Two double beds were nice. Overall, I satisfy this hotel for its price.

Breakfast was just moderate one, but it's okay for its price.

A comfortable hotel close to the center of a charming city.

Very nice and helpful hosts. A free public parking nearby. Close to the city center. About 1 hour drive to Mont Saint-Michele (strongly recommended). However, you'll probably enjoy a walk in Fougères center (city park and fortress) as well.

Somewhat small bathroom. When it's really hot outside it's hot inside too.

It suited our needs for a stop off place on our journey south

The dining room was fine but it would have been nice to see a member of staff as the croissants were finished and there was no one to ask for any more. Also we wanted ordinary breakfast tea and there was none available.

Staff great but room not worth the money.

Fantastic helpful staff, garage for bike, good position, could walk to town and quiet at night.

Wi fi mostly didn't work. Room shabby, shower door trapped me in which caused panic as I was on my own but managed to free it, stairs gloomy, room suffocating hot. Basically this is a cheap room priced dear due to addition of kettle and hairdryer. Spend £10 more for a decent room or go to F1

They need to decide if they are a family hotel or a bar local hangout.

Location, staff was friendly

The room was very small with no soundproofing, our room was right under the bar/restaurant that was very noisy. First morning they woke us at 6:30 dragging out tables and chairs across cement, last evening a brawl broke out the bar, tables and glass flying, children screaming, no other outdoor space,

It was very convenient and free parking across the street. Front staff was very congenial. Breakfast was basic but good

Welcoming and clean

The woman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. My room was on the street side but as from 10:30 there was not any noise.

Staff God and helpful. Duvet warm. You must provide breakfast if I have paid for it. Refund please.

Breakfast room locked at 8 am. Room unheated. No lift.

The new owners are really friendly and motivated to improve their bedrooms. I tested for the first time a new duvet !! Very good night
