It's a nice, budget option in the center of the city. It's a bit bare bones, but it has everything you need at a good price.

Everything was almost great, the friendly staff, great service , the food was fine.
I reach at the property before my check in time , I taught I was gonna wait but there make sure I get a room.
The bed was to hard 😔 , make all body hurt.

Location was great, staff was super friendly! Bed was comfortable, I appreciated that they served eggs at breakfast. I would stay here again.
The hot water was turned off at first, and I had to call the front desk to get it turned on, and then it took ages to get hot, but eventually it did!

Absolutely nothing!!! Worse place I've ever been
Should Guests be compensated for NO Hot Water in a hotel room?? Apparently this is complete normal at KU Hotel at Temuco Chile. After reporting the situation with the reception I was informed that is not possible to take a hot shower after 11am. I know this sounds ridiculous but it's the truth ... Please avoid this hotel at all cost. (Horrible costumer service, rude staff, overcharged)

It was really good. Clean, excellent service. Close to everything. Room with small balcony. I asked to have some food as I arrived quite late and they had everything prepared.

The facilities and parking where great. Very clean place.
In the breakfast the covid-19 protocols can be better, but wasn't bad at all.

The breakfast was varied and rich.
But to the more sweet food than a hearty offer one have to get used to all over Chile.
The staff was very limited to Spanish and could only answer limited to English questions.
Some standards, such as "Does your hotel provide a laundry service?" were completely unknown ("Why laundry? We are a hotel. There is nowhere such!").
