Die Lage des Hotels, war prima. Nicht weit vom Strand und nicht weit vom Zentrum. Auch sonst alles prima bis auf die immer gleichen Brötchen...

The disrespect stay

Location

I am a tall guy around 1.90 and the manager Mr. Giuseppe did not want to give us larger beds even though they did have better options. According to what the manager said, the reason for us not getting another room was that we booked the hotel through booking. So basically people that book through booking get worse accomodation, because the hotel needs to pay a commission. Furthermore, Mr. Giuseppe lied to my face claiming that they do not have in hotel beds larger than 1.90 m, and we went to measure the beds in other rooms and they were 2.0 meters. After this experience, we wanted to pay for our first night and check out from the hotel and the manager said we cannot unless we pay for the whole reservation (extra 3 days). At this moment I called booking, and a very nice lady solved the problem and we managed to get out.

Sehr enttäuschender Urlaub in diesem Hotel !

Die Nähe zum Strand und in die Innenstadt.

Das Servicepersonal war recht unfreundlich, die Köche ebenso. Wenn man die italienische Essensreihenfolge nicht kennt hat man das Gefühl sie lästern auf Italienisch über einen!! Da fühlt sich ein Gast nicht wohl... Ein selbstverständliches zuvorkommendes Hallo oder Guten Morgen bringen sie recht ungern über die Lippen, ebenso ein Lächeln. Wenn man Getränke bestellt verstehen Sie meist einen nicht, trotz gutem English, dass Servicepersonal tut so als verstehen sie einen nicht und später sprechen sie deutsch mit anderen Gästen, sehr unhöflich dem Gast gegenüber. Wenn man versucht etwas auf italienisch zu sagen oder man fragt was etwas ist, wird man nur unfreundlich verbessert und man bekommt trotzdem keine Info was etwas ist. Die Auswahl am Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich und wir fanden sie recht sperrlich. Beim Abendessen machen die Köche das Essen genervt auf den Teller fast wie in einem Gefängnis und wenn man mehr als zwei Ravioli möchte wird man schräg angeschaut, weshalb wir auch von sechs Abenden zweimal Auswärts gegessen haben! Anstatt frischem Obst was im Süden üblich ist, gab es überwiegend Obst aus der Dose, sehr enttäuschend. Bei der Anreise und Abreise wird man schnell abgearbeitet, keine Info wann die Essenszeiten sind sowie keine Info über die Umgebung, bei der Abreise wird man nicht mal gefragt ob alles zur Zufriedenheit des Gastes war. Das Thema Parkplatz ist ein Problem, es gibt sehr wenige und dann in zweier Reihen. Wer sein Auto liebt sollte den einmal bekommenen Einzelparkplatz über den Aufenhalt am besten nicht mehr verlassen. Die Fahrzeuge vom Hotel selbst parken oft hinter dem der Gäste was ein eingeschränktes Gefühl im Gast erweckt, schließlich möchte man im Urlaub ja selbst entscheiden wann man wegfahren kann. Wir waren das letzte Mal das wir in diesem Hotel, für diesen Preis inkl. Halbpension war es sehr enttäuschen und wir waren froh als wir Abreisen konnten...!

Everything about the hotel was great, from services to food and beds. Beach is very close and hotel has their own seats just in front of sea.

Wifi was slow and unstable. English seems not to be the world’s language in Bibione (people mostly speak italian and german), but we always managed to get answers and things we needed.

i am happy with my stay and could come back to that hotel

everything, fell really good , decorations, painting in colors, those colors of the wall, just a really nice and comfortable for me, personell wete rally nice and helpful. distance from the beach is really close 👌🏼 pS. clean rooms and food been also delicious

Very close to the beach, nice room, big enough for the family, very comfortable beds, nice breakfast but not very varied, nice pool.

Very short times for meals. Rooms quite small, wc very small. A/C didn't work that well, super hot during the night.
