Not really impressed. Do not recomend, not even for one night

It was a big room wirh a nice aircon. The bed was comfortable.

The staff greeting us could not speak english, ans it seemed like they didnt know how to check in people. There were no towels. There was no toilet paper. The room had a lot of mosquitos. The barhroom did not look clean. When we tried messaging the owner on booking, they did not reply until after we had left Ratu and their reply was an autogenerated messaged it seemed…

Do not stay here

The location was good

The room is like a scene from a horror movie No bed sheets No towels No shower Bed bugs Toilet and bath was so dirty that we didn’t shower or use the toilet for the night Bed sheets had stains and bugs on it so we didn’t sleep for the night Messaged staff however no response

The room very spacious and it was clean

The toiletries only soap and towel, and also the sprayer for toilet really short so it's so hard to cleaning ourself after using the toilet

Bad

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I literally felt like I was in a horror movie! The room was dirty. There was a hole in the ceiling with lots of insects coming from this hole ( spiders and warms). There was no toilet paper available. The blanket and the sheets were also dirty.

I like the location of this hotel cause its in the center of the city, easy access to go everywhere and price is really not expensive. Friendly staff and helpfull

It is a budget hotel, in comparison for the price per night, it is great value for money.

Breakfast was good, Location is excellent. Beautiful garden and nice garden views from room. A/C and Hot water was working properly

Kitchen closes at 9.00 AM and no service after that, even a coffee is not available from kitchen.
