Very good

Nice stay in this family run hôtel in the area of Besiktas. The rooms are spacious, the staff very Nice and the neighborhood interesting with lots of restaurants and cafés.

Loved our stay here and would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the boutique feel of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved that we had a balcony and view of the city where we could sit and drink our coffee in the mornings. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that the AC was located over the bed so it kept the room nice and cool. We enjoyed the included breakfast as it was a really nice way to start our day and we didn't have to go searching for food in the mornings. The staff were very friendly and dropped off water bottles to us everyday and cleaned our room. We also loved the location. The hotel is on a very quiet street and we didn't hear any city noise, but we were just a few blocks from dozens of cafes and restaurants and the night life. We would definitely book here again!

The elevator was a bit small and claustrophobic

the staff (Hande , Khalil and Burak) were extremely amazing, very kind and made our stay very comfortable, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to meet them again soon the hotel (suites) are clean, new, comfortable and well equipped The view wasn’t bad but it looks just to a quiet street The breakfast in the morning was very nice and well prepared with good traditional varieties The Wi-Fi was fast and easily connected The location is not so close to bus or metro station although it’s 7-10 minutes walking to the nearest station … the reception staff always helped with getting us a taxi though The neighborhood was quiet and clean with a so close activity area of restaurants and bars near supermarkets are available we had a great time there and we are sure looking forward to come back (Ahmed _Rasha_talia_Alia)

Overall, the quality/price ratio is worth it, the area is exceptional

The location is very good, many restaurants and shops around and close to public transport. The rooms are spacious and very warm in winter. Table and iron, washing machine and dryer can be found in the room.

Despite the fact that the staff is quite kind and friendly (especially the guy at the reception), they are extremely slow to serve and unintuitive (for example at breakfast you have to ask them to bring you plates for serving and when you ask them to bring you water, I'll bring you the smallest possible glass, even though it's tap water). The breakfast is also not extremely rich and varied. They should work a little more on diversifying and improving services.

-All electric plugs are dual, there is no triple plugs at all and no adapter provided, only one for whole family which we couldn’t charge phones, using iron , ipad, computer etc.., - Towels are too old - difficult to find taxi or ubber , better to rent a car

I didn't like the breakfast. It was very poor. I liked the location which according to the place of my daughter exam was very close Value for money very poor

Hair dryer not available. breakfast missing lot of essentials.

The room was spacious and very clean & comfortable. Staff was over the top , all of them. very very friendly and always tried to do more genuinely which is always appreciated.

Very positive experience overall. Very nice staff. Room exactly as pictures show.

The room looked just like the picture advertised. The bed was very comfy, 9/10.

The air conditioner wasn't very strong and since it was the end of July, I found it a little hot at night time.

Great place for families looking for a clean, fairly large suites, without breaking the bank

This property is in the heart of Beşiktaş area, close to the world renowned Dolmabahçe Palace, Beşiktaş stadium, with easy access to Taksim, Şişli, and many other areas. If you're traveling with family and looking for a furnished flat/suite that is reasonably priced, this is a reasonable place.

The windows did not have screens, which meant we either kept them closed and used the AC, or opened them and had bugs flying into the room. This would be a small investment with great returned value to customers.

Exceptional

We rented both units on the penthouse floor. View is fantastic from both sides of the building. Staff addresses guest needs very quickly. Just a whatsapp message away. Close proximity to eating establishments and ATM. A small quaint masjid with a personable imam is within 90 seconds walking.

Be aware you have slanted ceilings on top floor. I hit my head a couple of times.
