Internet was not working 4 out of 5 days of my stay at the hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be served between 8 and 10 h but on my last day at 8,10 breakfast was not ready (I had to catch boat leaving at 9 am) so I didn't get my breakfast last day. So I definitely didn't get for what I paid for. Also room was not cleaned even once while I was staying there. Bed sheets had holes and towels were dirty. Staff didn't seem to be bothered by my complaints and could not speak English whenever I had slightly more complex question.

Amazing

The staff are very friendly and the hotel has a family vibe ❤️ we enjoyed our stay and especially jihan made it an unforgettable vecation . You must try their special gazoz mango and anannas a taste to remember

depressive,no positive attitude from the owner. For sure not recommended for families!!

the swimming pool was the only thing which looked exactly like in the description, the other things were very depressive. Small room, 5 days the same poor breakfast on a plate. I feel very cheated.::((

our room was very small for 3 pers, full with ants, no cleaning in 5 days, evethough they promissed that they will do smting with the ants.We make the res.here for the buffet style breakfast, but we got the same breakfast on a plate 5 days.NOT GOOD FOR KIDS at all. And I was not able to pay our stay with 1 card transaction, i had to pay in small amounts 3000 to 4400 TRY (11 transactions!!) I tried to ask for a discount because of the ants, the not buffet style breakfast as they promised it will be, they do not want to hear about it. I will try to ask the Booking what can I do in this case when I had to pay for smthing which is not what it should have been.

The location is very good and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean as well. The hotel does not offer parking however they helped us to save a spot nearby and kept an eye on our car.

Unfortunately the price/quality is not good, there are cheaper places in Bodrum which offers at least the same level of a stay. When we were booking neither the pool being closed nor the no parking was mentioned in the page and they appeared only at the time free cancellation was not possible anymore. Most surprising part for me was the breakfast which was just poorly prepared (bad tomatoes, over boiled gray eggs, no cheese etc; basically the opposite of what you can expect from a breakfast in Turkey)

the wifi signal is connected sometimes and has no internet. it needs to fix. room size is small but location of hotel is perfect and i knew the room would be that size before arriving

lovely pool, very friendly staff

maybe more loo roll and extra plug sockets but I’m being picky, I mean our room cost us £18.70 each per night bed & breakfast

Location couldn’t be better, staff friendly, owner helpful. Swimming pool amazing and clean. Breakfast is fine and gets you going for the day just keep your expectations in line with the price. Most properties don’t offer any better or cheaper.

Wifi was not always reliable depending on where your room is located.

Exceptional

I got a double room for about £15 per night. The most impressive aspect of this place is the people. I felt like part of the family. The Owner Naz marshalls his team superbly and I enjoyed many chats with him. I arrived unable to pay my bill until the second day and they trusted me to deliver. Nice decent size and clean pool, breakfast, aircon, bathroom, good WiFi, flat screen TV. In the heart of Bodrum, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. I have been travelling for two months and wish I had come here first.
