Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel in Zagreb 5min from the main bus station

5min walk from the main bus station Very clean and functional Comfortable beds Quiet area AC Staff very helpful and friendly The style, the reception area looked amazing Reception open 24h- (we arrived around 1.30am as our coach was delayed, so this was really helpful).

Didn't have tea/coffee facility in the room. It is not "I didn't like", it's just It would have been nice although I appreciate lots of hotels don't offer this facility in a room.

Excellent place to stay if you are travelling by bus

- the room was of a good size - the restaurant offered delicious pizzas - the hotel is located near the international bus station (which is great if you are traveling by bus) - the breakfast was good

A nice, modern hotel in the newer part of Zagreb with a restaurant and friendly staff.

A modern hotel for a reasonable rate and a nice restaurant. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Arranging a taxi to airport was easy.

Can’t think of anything negative.

Very good hotel for reasonable price

Very proffesional and helpful personnel. Very good breakfast, big variety of food to choose. Nice, clean room with a big bathroom. Very good wi-fi. Effectie AC in the room. Hotel is located close to main bus station, in the business area. Old town and main train station is about 30 min walking from the hotel.

One thing might be improved: containers with coffee and water for tea were not heated during the breakfast so drinks were cold.

Good, modern hotel that is located a little far from city center

Extremely clean and a very modern facility. Staff was friendly. Standard facilities. Overall I was very pleased during the one night I stayed.

I woke up with about 8 bites on both arms and one leg. Not sure where they came from or what bit me, but worth mentioning. Also, the location is not quite as ideal as it’s about a 30-35 minute walk to the city center. It’s close to the bus station though, but there isn’t much else around it. There is a Tommy Market about a 2 minute walk away if you need something.

I was staying for one night on my way through Zagreb. Only a few minutes walk to the bus station which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Friendly staff. I also liked the design of the lobby and restaurant - beautiful retro vibes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very unassuming hotel very near the main bus station

The breakfast was generous and varied. The staff were very helpful and the pizza place (running in the PM only, where breakfast is normally served) very convenient - and honestly the best pizza I've ever had. The hotel is located very near (3- 5 mins walk) the bus station.

I can't think of anything significant ... The soap dispenser in the room needed filling, but I just used the one located in the shower instead (I think if I'd mentioned it, they would have sorted it.) The cleaners were lovely too - a lovely Hello, good morning! When I passed them.

This hotel is a must if you come to Zagreb. It is a gorgeous boutique hotel and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stay on a hotel in Europe. The breakfast is also excellent. But the highlight of all is the staff. The most cordials and kind people I had an experience in a hotel. They treat you like a family here. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Zagreb. Exceed all my expectations 😊 🇺🇸

Amazing location for a short stay

The location is perfect, very close to the bus station.

The water at the shower doesn’t move quickly down the drain and it’s more static. The elevator goes only to the 1st floor, so if you have a big suitcase and you have a room at the 2nd floor have in mind that you have to use also stairs to reach your room.
