Ok, not coming back to the place.

The room bedroom is quite big.

Internet did not work at all. Breakfast was really poorly prepared with extremely basic options.

Great stay but check in was difficult. Definitely worth the price!

Everything was great, air conditioning and TVs in every room and a spacious private terrace.

The check in process was quite difficult, since the person behind the reception could not speak English…

Value for money, well-located apartment that requires renovation/refreshment

Very convenient location (metro, trains, places to eat), balcony, bathroom with window, individual air-conditioning (you can switch it on anytime of the year) - we faced very high humidity at the beginning of May and the hotels with centrally operated air-conditioning used heating or ventilation only at that time. Staff/owners willing to help and solve problems.

Mattresses are shouting for immediate change, at least this double one. Single mattresses was quite ok. The apartment should be renovated (at least walls should be painted), some parts of the bathroom should be fixed (shower, door frame, towel hanger). Windows should be cleaned and the curtain needs to be washed-up. The apartment faces the north side and it is located on the ground floor so it is a little bit dark inside even in a sunny day.

value for money, I would stay again

It’s the perfect place to stay if you travel from Tiburtina station (2 minutes away). The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. The hostess was really friendly and explained everything. She also allow us to leave our language there for hours after check out because we had a late train. It is also well connected with metro (Tiburtina) and severa busses. The breakfast was fine. Not many options but all the basics you need to start your day. ( we went late and in our way out the sweet hostess also asked us if we needed a refill because some things were over) Best option at this price.

Quick stay, good for the price

Very close to bus and train station. Good communication with hosts who granted access to the property after hours via WhatsApp. Comfortable and clean, but we were only there one night.

We couldn’t figure out how to open the exterior gate without the key

I only stayed for one night as a stopover but it had everything I could have wanted for a short stay. Very close to the bus station and clean, comfortable room. Great communication when I needed to ask questions. Would definitely stay again!

Overall Nice experience

Location was very good, a few mins talk to train station. Breakfast was also good.

Room was very small. Staff at reception could not speak English at all, so difficult to communicate.

We got there under pouring rain, and after ringing the bell nothing happened. Fortunately someone else came into the building and we got in. I think the person who was expected to be at the desk was taking a coffe break in the kitchen, talking with a friend.

Simone was so helpful during our late arrival! The room was spotlessly clean and the balcony was awesome place to sink in first breaths of Rome in two years. Yet the best thing is location. So near Tiburtina train and bus station. ❤️
