Bon hôtel

Personnel très accueillant Propreté très bien. Plusieurs choix au petit déjeuner sucré salé. Petit espace pour les enfants.

Les oreillers pas confortables , le sur matelas qui ne tient pas en place .

Le petit déjeuner correct

Arriver a 21h le samedi 27 pas tres bien accueilli. L’endroit n’est pas du tout adapté pour des familles ,les chambres sentent la cigarette franchement vous auriez pas pu aérer ? Deja je me suis tromper d’hotel vitam parc bien mieux mais en plus la qualité médiocre. Mail envoyé a la direction sans réponse. Bref je voyage chaque moi et je n’est jamais vu cela ailleurs

Good

Two doors in the room so you don't hear people walking in the corridor. The insulation of the windows is also excellent. So, the room is really quiet.

The location is close to Geneva, but you are in the worst area for traffic jam.

Good location, poor night's sleep

We spent one night in early October at the hotel after arriving late in the evening at Geneva airport. The hotel was easy to find by car and there was plenty of secure parking with good-sized spaces. We were able to get extra pillows when we asked, a hot drink from the bar in the evening, and breakfast was satisfactory.

The room we stayed in was small and seemed overly warm for the time of year. The air-conditioning did not cool it down despite being on all night (we wondered if it was actually not working and turned off centrally at this time of year?). We didn't want to open the window to cool the room down as it already had at least 20 mosquitoes in it, which we mostly killed, however one or two must have escaped us and we were both bitten several times in the night. When I mentioned the mosquitoes to the evening reception man he said "Sorry about that" but there was no offer to move us to a different room, even though the hotel was not full. The beds were both very hot due to the poor quality of the foam mattress and unfortunately with this, the mosquitoes and the hot room, neither of us slept at all well - which after all was the whole point for us to stay there - to get a good night's sleep before continuing our journey. Next time we're in the area we'll look for a different place to stay.
