El baño muy pequeño y antiguo. No tiene aire acondicionado, te ponen ventiladores. No habrás las ventanas porque hay mosquitos.

Good location but cleanliness could have been better.

The rooms were spacious. Hotel was situated in a quiet area and the room view outside was to the rover which was great.

There was a TV in one room only, another TV would have been great. 2 of the towels were dirty and couldn't change them because there was no staff at reception. We found a cockroach in our room, again had to wait until the morning to inform staff because no one was at reception. When I told the staff all they said was it came from outside, but it didn't as we didn't open the windows.

Decepción

Las vistas al río.

No me gusto que arbitrariamente el mismo día del chek-in me retuvieran de mi tarjeta la mitad del importe de la estancia!!! Llegamos a las 15:30, pagamos con tarjeta la estancia, y lejos de avisarnos que nos habían retenido 113€ a las 12:30 (antes de llegar) no nos dijeron nada. Al otro día al ver mi cuenta les reclamé la cancelación inmediata de esta retención arbitraria y sin sentido dado que habíamos pagado la estancia. La contestación es que lo habían cancelado pero que "los tickets de cancelación del terminal de las tarjetas los habían roto y tirado" pero que confiemos en ellos que tal garantía se devolvería. Ya han pasado 4 días y de cancelación o devolución NADA. Ahí sigue mi dinero retenido. Lo más increíble e incómodo que escuche es que los bancos "españoles" tardan mucho en devolver las cancelaciones. Yo me pregunto ¿Estás garantías solamente las retienen a los españoles? 🤔...Si me hubiesen dicho desde el principio al hacer el check in que esto sería así pues evidentemente no hubiera puesto esta reseña. Pero con mi dinero no se jode.

Perfect for transit stay with pet

Perfect for a stopover or transit. We travelled with a dog and the accommodation and area around is perfect for staying with our pet

A bit outside of the main stream locations… only few dining options. Possibly, we could have ordered food via app.

One night stopover on the way from Spain to UK and the hotel was very good.

Check in was good, very friendly staff. The room was nice, well presented and comfortable. Breakfast too was good.

Nothing really, it was a bit out of town but we knew that when we booked. Just a one night stay but all ok.

probably won’t stay again hit and miss on food at night

stayed before clean and functional near to the main roads

stayed a Monday night no food on the premises or nearby after driving miles .. tired and had to go out again in the car to find somewhere to eat

Great value for money for an overnight stopover during your drive to Iberia.

Perfect for an stopover while driving. Clear, spacious for the family. Friendly staff. You even have a town centre nearby to have a dinner if you had the time.

They don’t have a car charging station. The shower had a textile old fashion protection. Even being a very clean place you don’t feel confortable touching it.
